The bass filled the air as we arrived at Maureen's wild pool party. Disco light scattered across the wild crowd. Plastic cups with colorful drinks were everywhere. People grinded on the dance floor with drunken giggles. Karamihan sa mga bisita ni Maureen ay mga estudyante mula sa Northside High.

I scanned the crowd for the witch, and there she was, on top of the table while dancing with her friends, Rolly and Livvy. Maureen threw her hands up in the air as the crowd cheered her to do some twerking.

"Maureen!" I shouted, so she glanced quickly to our position.

Nagulat siya sa aming prisensya at nakipagpalitan ng tingin sa kanyang mga kaibigan. The music's volume went lower when the DJ realized our presence. Maureen went down the table and walked towards us. As expected, she came along with Rolly and Livvy.

"What are you doing here?" she asked. "Hindi ba kayo aware na hindi pwede ang mga tulad niyo dito?" Napalingon siya kay Colton. "At sinama mo pa talaga ng magaling kong ex?"

"Oo nga," sabat ni Rolly. "Hindi ba kayo nahihiya? Pagkatapos niyong lokohin si Maureen ay magpapakita kayo dito ng magkasama?"

"The audacity!" Livvy spat and rolled her eyes.

"Bakit kami mahihiya? Wala naman kaming ginawang masama," sambit ko.

"Ikaw ang dapat mahiya Maureen," inis na sabi ni Dandrix.

"He's right," said Colton. "You spread rumors about Seven and used my name and Dandrix to make the situation worst. Then you used that as a reason to broke up with me."

"Oh, so now you're all teaming up against me?" Maureen did an evil laugh. "Colton, ano bang problema mo? Alam ko namang ginamit mo lang ako para saktan si Arrow. Ginamit lang rin kita bilang accessory ko. So why are you so pressed?"

Colton let go a sniff of anger like a bull. "I'm not mad because you broke up with me, I'm just so tired with everything you're doing. Hindi ka ba nakukunsensya na sirain ang mga tao sa paligid mo para lang ipakita sa lahat na ikaw lang ang may perpektong buhay sa Northside?"

Tuluyan ng nahinto ang malakas na tugtugin, kaya naman lahat ng tao ay itinuon ang pansin sa'min. Some dropped their drinks and went near us to hear our conversation.

"Why are you blaming me about someone's misfortune? Kasalanan ko bang masaya at maganda ang buhay ko habang may ibang taong miserable ang buhay?"

"I can't believe you, Maureen!" I blared. "Naririnig mo ba ang sarili mo? You just destroyed my image at school and yet, all you have to do is brag about your perfect life?"

She rolled her eyes followed by a heavy annoyed sigh. "I told you, it's not me! I didn't do anything. Hindi ako ang nagpakalat ng blind item at ng video mo sa private page."

"Ikaw lang ang pwedeng gumawa no'n kay Seven," pagpupumilit ni Maze.

"Gano'n na ba ako kasama sa paningin niyo? Isa pa, may ebidensya ba kayo?" pasigaw niyang sabi.

"We detected the location of the dummy account," Colton said. "And the address pointed it here."

"So? Bukod sa'kin ay marami pang ibang tao dito na pwedeng gumawa no'n," pagrarason niya.

"You're the only one who has a reason to do this to me," I said, facing her with a frown.

"Malay ba natin kung may iba pang taong inis na inis sa'yo," sabat muli ni Rolly.

"Oo nga, kaya huwag niyong sinisisi si Maureen dahil marami pang pwedeng magalit sa'yo," dagdag pa ni Livvy.

I was surprised by their attitude. They were acting like they did nothing wrong, still trying to get away with the trouble they made.
