Everything that had happened during Maureen's pool party would surely result to a hot topic at Northside High, but thinking what might happen to Maureen and her friends was out of my concern. Ang nais ko lang ay kumalma matapos ang lahat ng ginawa nila sa'kin.

My friends preferred a fun yet chill night, so instead of going to Merry Pub, Dandrix suggested heading over his place for a drink. Dumaan kami sa Supermarket upang bumili ng makakain at maiinom.

"Do you feel better now?" Arrow asked as we walked along the racks of displaying goods.

"Yeah. After what happened to Maureen and her friends, I'm more than satisfied," I replied and gave him a look. "I can't believe you did this for me. Akala ko ay tuluyan mo na akong iiwasan dahil sa kumalat na video."

He gave a slight smile and shook his head. "I wasn't just going to stand by and let them destroy you with lies. Kahit ano pang mangyari ay hindi kita pababayaan."

I felt a wave of affection. "I don't know how to thank you for this," I said, taking his hand.

"You don't need to thank me, Seven," he replied. "Seeing you happy and okay again is more than enough."

Ilang beses ko ng pinagdudahan ang nararamdaman ko at nararamdaman ni Arrow, ngunit matapos niya akong ipagtanggol mula kay Maureen ay napagtanto kong hindi pala dapat ako magdududa.

In his gaze, I saw the pure affection, which made my doubts melted away. No more questions needed to be asked. I realized that this wonderful man in front of me truly cherished me.

"Ehem!" someone coughed, which caught our attention. "Supermarket is not a perfect place for a moment like that," he said, it was Maze.

"Oo nga," saad naman ni Audrey na nasa kanyang tabi. "You might wanna go to the Triangle Park."

I was about to respond, but Arrow took the spotlight to speak. "Wait? Why are you holding her hand?" he asked, staring at Maze.

Mabilis na napako ang aking tingin sa kamay nina Audrey at Maze, at totoo ngang magkahawak sila. Agad naman silang nagbitawan ng kamay at umiwas sa amin ng tingin.

"Mukhang may hindi sinasabi sa'kin ang mga kaibigan," pagpaparinig ko.

Tinapunan naman ako ni Maze ng masamang tingin. "Akala ko kasi ay shopping cart ang hawak ko, kamay pala niya," palusot niya habang namumula ang kanyang mukha.

"What?" Audrey reacted. "Mukha bang shopping cart ang kamay?" inis nitong tanong sabay talikod kay Maze.

"That's not what I mean," said Maze.

"You just said it!" Audrey yelled and marched away.

Mabilis naman itong sinundan ni Maze habang kumakamot sa kanyang ulo. Kami naman ni Arrow ay nagpalitan ng ngitian dahil sa kanilang dalawa. We continued tossing chips and candies in our cart. Dandrix and Colton were incharge buying the alcohol since they weren't wearing uniforms anymore, but of course, financed by Arrow.

Matapos mamili ay nagtungo na kami sa bahay na tinutuluyan ni Dandrix, ang bahay ng kanyang Tito. The house was located at Pine Village. It was far from a mansion like Tita Meryl's house, but it's huge and looked fancy.

"Kung gano'n ay dito pala nakatira si Dr. Rodriguez," sabi ni Audrey habang naglalakad papasok sa loob.

"Yes," Dandrix said. "Late na siguro uuwi 'yon dahil nasa ospital pa siya."

"Ayos lang ba sa kanya na dito tayo uminom?" tanong ni Colton.

"Of course," answered Dandrix. "Nakalimutan mo na ba ang sinabi niya nang pumunta ka dito? We should invite some friends and have some relaxing moments here."
