Bitna entered the school building to see the hallway filled with a bunch of couples gifting each other gifts or passionately making out. A look of disgust washed over her face at the sight of the line of girls standing beside Sunghoon, each of them holding a small gift box.
"Hey." Seojun greeted as he emerged from the crowd and proceeded to walk beside the Kim girl, smiling sweetly at her.
"Today sucks." She commented while tucking her hands into her coat pockets as Seojun rested his arm on her shoulder whilst they walked casually together.
"Just because no one is giving you a Valentine's Day gift." He scoffed with a playful roll of his eyes and Bitna immediately shook her head - Seojun already knowing what was about to happen, Bitna was going to go out on a rant to why Valentine's Day is pointless and a total waste of space.
"No, I just think Valentine's Day is pointless. Why should there be a day designated to couples? I mean- I'd want my future boyfriend to give me a gift or tell me meaningful words off his own back, not just because some dumb holiday told him to." She stated and Seojun couldn't help but nod his head in agreement - despite already hearing this argument before.
As the two continued to walk down the hallway, Jisu caught sight of the two and excitedly approached them. "You guys will never guess what just happened!" Jisu squealed. "Park Sunghoon, just gratefully took my valentines gif!" She swooned causing Bitna's features to crease.
Why would she give her best friend's mortal enemy a Valentine's gift? "Wait, why did you give him one?" Bitna wondered while raising her eyebrow, Jisu turned to look at her and shrugged.
"Because he's hot and I call dibs." She truthfully answered. "Once he is out of his asshole faze and you two grow to tolerate each other, he's all mine and we will live happily ever after." She deluded.
Bitna rolled her eyes and and couldn't help but grimace at the thought of her and Sunghoon actually getting on. "Well, I'm sorry to break it to you.. but me and Sunghoon will never grow to tolerate each other." She confidently stated.
"Yeah, yeah, well I still call dips." Jisu giggled and glanced back at the popular male who was currently leaned against a set of lockers - a whole load of boxes stacked up in his hands.
