Shyanne was put into prison that summer. Mr. Robinson made sure it was for life.
Summer seemed to whisk by after that. Vivi got back from the hospital in no time, and since her mom was put in jail we seemed to get closer. Aren too, who was always ground his sister.
It was nice in a way, to have the siblings I'd never had. It felt good. Especially when Aunt Rebecca calmed done in a month after finding out in the entire time she was gone i didn't think to tell bar not only was Jessica there, but Shyanne was found guilty.
Then school came around. My senior year. Me and Aren's that was, it was Vivi's junior year.
Mr. Robinson had made arrangements for all of my friends to come to Legacy Academy. Abbie and Zack were thrilled. Well... more so Abbie than Zack.
This year would be different. No murderers on the loose. Just me focusing on school and riding.
Or so I thought....
