I reread the group chat from my friends, with my roommate Claire's insistence that I should ditch my date and join them for drinks at the local bar. I didn't think I'd actually see them all tonight, but after the absolute failure of a date I just had, I really don't want to go home to an empty apartment and wallow in my sorrows. With a deep breath I continue walking down the night lit streets towards the bar. Once there, I beeline around drunken patrons until I finally see Chris, Claire, Rebecca, Jill and Leon all sat in the corner, grinning like idiots and laughing like hyenas. Well maybe not Leon, but his smile is enough to have me speeding up, tottering in my overpriced heels towards them.
"Well, well, look who finally listened to your bestest friend ever," Claire slurs, pulling me in for a side hug, I huff a laugh to hide my embarrassment of being called out, "Was the guy mad that you ditched him? I would be if it was me." She winks, alcohol always makes her into a confident flirt- regardless of who she's talking to. I shake my head, noticing how everyone's chuckling along apart from Leon. His brows are knit together, as if he's not happy about the failed date, or maybe he's just not happy I'm here. Ever since I moved to Raccoon City and began sharing an apartment with Claire, Leon's become a great friend to me. The two are practically attached at the hip, so of course I couldn't befriend Claire without Leon stringing along. I avoid Leon's eyes as I finally reply over the noisy crowd.
"He didn't seem that bothered that I left." I lie. Actually he left before I could even order dessert, lying through his teeth that he forgot his wallet in the car, leaving me to pay for both our meals and wait for an hour before I realised he wasn't coming back. I force a smile, but Claire sees right through it. Instead of making a bigger scene she tugs me to the bar, shouting over her shoulder to the others that we're getting drinks. She orders two strong drinks for us then hugs me as we wait, I let my guard down since I know I can trust and lean on her.
"That bad, huh?" She coos, stroking my hair back as tears spring to my eyes. I nod, my lip wobbling until I catch it between my teeth.
"He was such an asshole." I barely audibly say. Claire nods, paying for our drinks then clinking her glass with mine. We lean back against the bar shoulder to shoulder, observing the crowd and our friends. Leon turns his head, locking eyes with me as if sensing someone watching him. I smile and get a soft smile from him in return, then he goes back to speaking with Chris. I sigh, hating how my heart flutters at the minimal interaction.
"You know what I think?" Claire nudges me, a knowing grin lifting her lips as she looks between Leon and I, "I think you just need someone to rail you really good." My drink almost spills from my lips as Claire just shrugs it off. "I'm serious," She defends, "if you have one really good one night stand then you'll be sated until you can find another date who'll take you home. It works, trust me."
I snort, shaking my head at her idea as I down my drink and rapidly order two more. Despite the ridiculous idea which isn't usually my style, I do end up taking someone home that night. I don't even know how we went from soft smiles to completely ripping each other's clothes off the second my front door closes behind us, but Leon feels and tastes better than I'd ever dreamt of (which happens to be more often than I should). Leon groans as he kneads my breasts, fingers toying with every inch of my skin as we stand in the hallway, kissing and groping as we stumble and laugh.
"We need a surface, neither of us are sober enough for the fancy shit." I slur, moving my lips to Leon's neck as he chuckles and nods. With a strength I didn't expect he picks me up and carries me towards the bedrooms, he begins to head into Claire's room until I shake my head and grip the doorframe. "Wrong room, Romeo." I snort, pointing to the half open door across the hall.
"Right." Leon laughs off, turning around and fixing his mistake. He carries me into the right room this time, then closes the door behind him with a foot before setting me on my feet. For a brief second we're both too shy to move, but as soon as I look down and see how hard Leon's cock is, my confidence skyrockets. I grab Leon's chest, shoving him onto the bed as he gasps and catches himself before rolling off, we both can't stop giggling as I climb on top of him, his fingers immediately grip my hips as I grind myself over his length, slickening him up so I can take every inch. Leon's groans and murmurs of "fuck" inspire me to keep going, he never rushes me despite the teasing, not until I moan his name, then his light-hearted eyes soon turn do pure need. "Y/N, please baby, don't embarrass me."
