    No one's POV

Bright and Grace climbed into the car, and he drove them to his new mansion, leaving behind the remnants of his old life. When they arrived, Grace's eyes widened at the sight of the stunning white mansion, far more impressive than the last. The expansive garden and shimmering pool drew her in, but Bright's attention was focused on her.

He parked in front of the grand entrance and hopped out, quickly moving to open the door for Grace. As she stepped out, Bright took her hand, intertwining their fingers before leading her to the front door. A man opened it for them, and they stepped inside, revealing a lavish living room that radiated luxury.

As they entered, Grace's heart leaped at the sight of Win and Mick. They had grown so much but still looked familiar,Win, engrossed in a book on the sofa, and Mick, now six, playing with his toys. The moment the boys noticed Bright, their faces lit up. They ran to him, throwing their arms around him.

"Bright, you're here!" Mick exclaimed, and Bright lifted him effortlessly, a broad smile on his face.

"Yes, I missed you both," Bright replied, affectionately ruffling Win's hair as he hugged Mick. "I missed you too, my precious angels. I'll be here for you from now on."

Turning to Grace, Bright's gaze softened, inviting her closer. As she stepped forward, Win and Mick's attention shifted to her. Grace felt a wave of anxiety wash over her...would they remember her?

Suddenly, tears brimmed in Win's eyes as he approached her. Dropping to her knees to meet him at eye level, she was caught off guard by his words. "Grace, I'm so sorry for that day. I couldn't protect you. I felt useless." His voice cracked with emotion.

Grace pulled him into a tight embrace, her heart aching for him. "No, you're not useless. It wasn't your fault, Win. I should have protected you. Please don't feel bad about it."

After a moment, Win calmed, and she gently wiped his tears away with her thumbs. "I'm so happy you remember me," she said softly.

"How could I forget you?" Win replied, pulling her into another hug. Meanwhile, Mick watched from Bright's side, a mix of confusion and curiosity in his eyes.

Grace turned to him. "I think I've seen you before... in my dreams."

Mick's face lit up, recalling the first time they met. With a burst of joy, he wrapped his little arms around her leg, and she felt warmth spread through her heart.

The four of them settled onto the sofa, exchanging laughter and stories for hours. Suddenly, Win spoke up, his expression serious. "Bright, can I ask you something?"

All eyes turned to him as Bright nodded. "Of course, ask away."

"Is Grace your girlfriend now?" The question caught everyone off guard. Grace felt her cheeks flush, while Bright searched for the right words, unsure if they were officially dating.

Before he could respond, Grace interjected, "No, I'm not! He never asked me to be!" She looked between Bright and Win, clearly flustered.

Bright chuckled, knowing she was right. "Of course I didn't ask yet, but I'm doing it now... Grace Parker, I love you too much to let you be anyone else's girl. I want you to be mine, to call you my girlfriend and soon-to-be my wife!"

Though his tone had a hint of joking, Bright's sincerity was unmistakable. Grace's face turned crimson, and Bright couldn't help but laugh at her reaction.

"Yes, I want to be your girlfriend," she replied shyly, her heart soaring at the words she had longed to say.

Bright took her hands gently, caressing them as Win and Mick beamed with excitement, thrilled to see their brother so in love. "I love you now, princess, and I'll love you more every single day that I get to be yours," he said, his eyes filled with sincerity.

Grace smiled back, feeling a happiness she had never known before. "I love you too," she whispered, her words precious to him. Bright cherished every syllable, feeling as though he could never tire of hearing them.

They gazed at each other, a world of affection and promise in their eyes. Bright spoke again, his voice steady and filled with conviction. "I must have done something right in my life, sweetheart, because God placed you by my side. To have and to hold, 'til we grow old, know that when I see you, I see my whole life...at first sight."
