Liam Dunbar | Breathe

You hear your phone ringing from across the room as you're doing homework. Liam's name is written across the top of the screen, "Hello?" He doesn't answer, instead you hear heavy breathing. "Liam?" His heavy breathing continues, "I need you to come over." He hangs up and you jump up from the table. You drive to his house, wondering if something bad happened. As you approach his front door, it swings open. Liam stands there, breathy heavily with an exasperated look on his face. After you step inside, he slams the door shut.

"Tell me you didn't." He faces away from you, fists clenched at his side. You took a deep breath, knowing he was a werewolf, it scared you when he was angry. "What are you talking about?" You take a step back from him as he turns around. "Don't play dumb, just admit that you cheated on me." 

You shake your head, "I didn't. I would never." He takes a couple steps towards you, his breath is hot on your face. " Don't lie to me." You step back until your back is against the wall, "Liam, take a few breaths and listen to me. I would never do something like that, you know me. I love you, why would I cheat?" A few tears roll down your face, you'd never seen him this angry. 

You see his arms relax and his face soften. He collapses to the floor and begins to cry, "I'm sorry." You sit down in front of him and wrap your arms around his body, he leans his head against your chest. "There's no need to apologize." As you rub his back, you feel his muscles tense suddenly. He sits up and wipes his face, "I love you, thank you for being here." You smile and press your lips against his. 

"I will always be here."
