Chapter 75

I stare up at Caine in shock, praying he doesn't know about the mink link. Sebastian lets go of the chair and walks behind the desk to Caine, standing beside him. Jeremy's grip on me loosens and at first I think he's going to drop me but he walks over to the chair and sets me down carefully. I sit back in the seat, holding my side and ignoring all the pain to try and keep a straight emotionless face.

"I don't like when you're a bad girl Rose" Caine emphasises, his eyes shimmer with angry

"I don't know what you are talking about" I say as confidently as I can

"Oh but you do" he says with an angry grin "don't play dumb with me or you and your father might get more alone time" he says causing my eyes to widen and my throat to close "or..." He trails off and I feel his foot start to rub against my inner thigh "me and you could have some fun" he says an I gasp with wide eyes

I try to kick his leg and thankfully he takes it away "Enough play" he says his domineer changing completely "what did Marcus say to you!" He demands but I continue to sit emotionless

"Like I said I don't know what you're talking about" I say stiffly

Caine's eyes go black and he slams his fist on the desk but not breaking it "I know my mind link spell was broken" Sebastian says and I fight the urge to curse

I sit still not allowing myself to do anything else "what did he say!" My father screams from behind me

I shake my head "answer him you brat!" I feel a hand slap my head and I yelp out in pain, I turn my head to see Dan staring at me with pure anger in his eyes

"My king do you want me to give the announcement?" Jeremy asks

I turn my head to him to see him looking at Caine, I turn back forward to see Caine waving him off, nodding "yes, tell them to hurry we're leaving soon" he says and all the breath in my lungs disappears and my heart speed up

"What?! where are you taking me" I demand trying to stand but failing

Caine smirks down at me as he stands and leans over the desk "somewhere Marcus will never find you" he says and I gasp, tears springing to my eyes "he's chosen his destiny, it seems we can not rule together after all. It looks like I'll be the only Williams left...killed the rest...killing him shouldn't be much harder" he says smirking "a new world is coming" he says and I gasp

He's going to kill Marcus

"No! Please! I'll go with you! Just please don't hurt Marcus!" I beg placing my hands on the desk "I'll never try to reach him again I swear!!" I try to tell him, I can't have Marcus die I don't know how I could live past that

"To late he brought this upon himself" Caine says, tears spill over my eyes and I know no matter how much I beg he won't change his mind

I hear footsteps coming in and I turn "camp is being taken down as we speak" Jeremy's says

I turn back to Caine who nods but then pauses and his face twists into a smirk "wait" he says holding up his finger

"What is my lord?" Dan asks

What a kiss ass

"Tell them to stay here" he says smiling

"But Caine?...Marcus will come here" My father says
