I woke up to see Hades sitting beside my bed, sound asleep. I frowned at the sight of him, he was curled up in the chair. He's 6'6" and he's curled up in a chair that I couldn't even fit in.
"Hades." I whispered.
Nothing.
"Hades!" I said louder.
Still nothing.
I rolled my eyes and growled in frustration before grabbing one of my pillows and throwing one at him.
His eyes shot open and he fell from the chair. I laughed until he got up and scowled at me.
"Not funny." He grumbled.
I wiped away my tears as I continued to laugh. "Yes...it...was!" I cracked up.
He raised an eyebrow before his eyes widened.
"You're awake!"
"Good job, captain slow thinker." My wolf mumbled.
"That's not even a name." I replied to her.
"Well, it is now."
I chuckled at my wolf before Hades kissed me. He then looked at me, "Are you okay? How are you feeling?" He questioned.
I smiled tiredly, "I'm fine, just groggy."
"Well, that's good. The doctor said your leg will be healed in two weeks. You're going to have to stay off of it though." He explained.
I nodded, "Okay."

We stayed in an awkward silence until Hades sat back down. He seemed exhausted, even more tired than me. I have him a concerned look, but he only shrugged.
I slowly and carefully scooted over before parting the bed.
"You're not sleeping in that chair." I voiced.
He raised an eyebrow, "And why is that?"
"It's uncomfortable, I have to take care of you too, you know?"
He smiled before crawling into the bed and laying beside me. He wrapped his arms around me and relaxed, sighing in relief.
He kissed my head, "Jackson and the pack couldn't find Elvira. It's like she disappeared." He whispered.
I nodded, "Well, she is a witch. They can teleport."
"True."
Hades ended up falling asleep before me, cuddled against my side. I kissed his head and rested my head on his. I gently stroked his hair, enjoying the comfort.
My thoughts drifted to my family, wondering if my father was even awake. I hope he isn't though, because then I'm going to have to talk to him. And that's something I don't want to do, even if it does sound horrible. I don't think I have it in me to ever forgive him.
The next morning Hades and I slept in, ignoring the nurses and doctors. When we woke up Hades rushed to the bathroom, cussing out his bladder.
I laughed, only Hades. Once he was done he laid beside me again and kept nibbling on my ear.
"Hades?" I questioned.
"Yes?" He mumbled.
"Are you hungry by any chance? Because I swear you're eating my ear."
"Ew! That would be gross!" He frowned, looking up. "And actually, I'm not hungry. Are you?"
I quickly shook my head, if I ate something right now there's a high chance it's going to end up on Hades. In vomit form.

"Okay, so, to get around you can use a wheel-
"I can carry her." Hades chirped.
The doctor glanced at him, "Alpha, shut up."
Hades glowered at him before folding his arms across his chest and looking away. I chuckled at his behavior before listening to the doctor again.
It took them an hour to get me a wheelchair because Hades tried telling them he can carry me. I was relieved when I could finally get in the chair, but I was angry when I heard what the doctor said.
Hades seemed hurt, but he didn't say another word. He went completely silent as the doctor smirked at him.
"So easy to shut you up." He commented.
I narrowed my eyes, "And it'll be so easy for me to rip your throat out right now." I snapped.
He looked up at me in shock.
"Luna, I-
"Don't you ever bring up his parents or issues again. Or I swear, I'll be your worst nightmare. Got it?"
"Yes, Luna." He whispered.
I nodded, "Thank you for the treatment, doctor." I said coldly before motioning for Hades to wheel me out.
