"Now, show Jenna around now." Mr. Grant walks away.
Josh groans, "Okay. You up for it, Ty?"
"Yeah, we kind of have to show her around."
"No, we don't." Josh says.
"What do you mean?"
"Instead of doing what other people WANT you to do, follow your instincts."
I am following my instincts, I do want to show Jenna around and maybe, become friends with me.
Josh is my best friend and has been forever but before we were friends. I was talking to Zack one time and at that time, I didn't have ANY friends so I told him, "I hope I'm not my only friend."
He asked, "What's wrong with being your own and only friend?"
"It means I'm alone."
"No, it means that you don't need anybody for your needs or problems."
"But my friends, a.k.a. myself.. We got a lot of problems."
"But I don't recall you ever asking anybody to help you with those problems."
I started biting my nails.
"You'll be fine, little bro."
Now, I AM following my instincts, I'm trying to make more friends because I don't want to be my only friend. I got a really crazy mind to clean and I can't clean it myself. Even if Zack said I could solve my problems myself, why do I still have problems now?
