Treasures (Poetry Book Number Two)

All Over Again

You smiled at me from across the room
It seemed just like nothing happened
But deep inside, if you try to zoom
My heart is slowly getting broken

You started walking towars my direction
Every step equals the beat of my heart
You walk like you own every nation
But you were the cause of me breaking apart

You sat beside me an inch away
You acted like Nobody was there
You scooted closer, much to my dismay
I froze like stone, too numb to care

You hung your arms around my neck
But to me it felt like you were strangling me
You had the guts, what the heck!
Why won't you just set me free?

Th door opened, our eyes moved then
She walked in, the girl of your dreams
Just as I thought, It was just pretend
You let go of me and cutted the seams

You both walked out of that silly door
Leaving me alone just right then
I guess the fates really wanted more
Got my heart broken, all over again
