Gone From My Head

I laugh, you laugh, all day long
You say I'm brave, very strong
I smile, you smile, we share a curve
You say, to be happy is what I deserve

But, do you see me when I'm all alone?
I take of the make-up deep from the bone
But, do you see me when I'm not with you?
I regret you and me, you never had a clue

Now, I'm with you, I smile again
But boy, believe me, it's all pretend
Now, I'm strong, exactly like you said
But boy, I'm sorry, you're gone from my head
