Slowly making my way through the 30th oneshot celebration list. Sorry this one is super short
Zachariah had almost had him. That sly sonofabitch, Dean had never liked him even before he'd shown the full range of his douchebagery. Suddenly before Dean had been zapped into heaven he was standing out on the side of an unfamiliar road. He looked to his left to see a familiar face.
"Good timing Cas" he smiled with relief and a little bit at the fact that it was Cas who was there to help.
"We had an appointment" the Angel smiled back. Des thought about all the times Cas had saved him. Hell Cas had full on rebelled against Angels like Zachariah, powerful scary Angels. And he did it for Dean... He realized that he was wandering into "Cas land" which wasn't exactly a place that was best visited with other people around. Instead he settled for,
"Don't ever change" as he gripped Cas's shoulder and Cas smiled all the wider.
