Nerds of a feather{REQUESTS OPEN}

Season 11 SPOILERS

A/N: This is total spoilers from season 11 and I'm talking MAJOR, so if you don't want to have a big plot point of season 11 spoiled sorry. And this will be a "to be continued" story as well so it will have a lot of  space between installments because it depends on how the season progresses. Please vote and comment with requests! Cas tore through the bunker, searching for a spell to lure Amara to him... No this wasn't Cas, it was lucifer, the devil himself.

Cas was trapped inside his vessels head. Screaming to be released while the devil laughed at his younger brothers desperation. The door to the bunker slammed and Cas prayed it wasn't Dean. His prayers weren't answered as the hunter walked in the door, gun raised.

"Cas?! What are you doing?"

"Hello Dean"

He hated the sound of his voice being used by lucifer. Yes, he had agreed to letting lucifer possess him, but that didn't mean he had to like lucifer talking with his hunter. And as their conversation continued Cas struggled against his restraints  especially when lucifer placed his hands on deans shoulder. A touch to Dean that he couldn't feel.

Still he couldn't break free, and lucifer was too skilled a deceiver. Still, Cas had hope as he saw Dean look a bit taken aback by his brothers odd actions. Cas usually wasn't what would be described as "touchy-feely". His agony continued as Dean went on to reveal his connection with the darkness because of the mark. And also because of this so-called "attraction" that called Dean to Amara's side.

Mercifully, after what seemed like an eternity of not being able to truly be with the hunter, Dean left with a gold blade. Cas had never thought that he would be glad to see Dean leave, but glad he was so he didn't have to feel lucifer touch Dean with his hands.

"Tell me brother" lucifer spoke to Cas out loud, "why do you care for that hunter so much? I mean, sure he's got the looks, the attitude, but does he really care for you? Come ON little bro, he only calls you when he needs your strength, he doesn't care what happens to you as long as Sam is safe. So why bother... What's that stupid little human emotion? Oh yes, 'liking' him?"

"Because, when I was blind Dean showed me what family was. He took me in, he defended me when I betrayed him, defended me from myself, he even defended me from his own brother. I 'bother' because he made sure the guard dog spell was lifted from me, he taught me how to experience all of those wonderful human emotions. I 'bother' because Dean Winchester will always be my righteous man, I raised him from perdition, we have a profound bond, he knowingly weakened his brother when he was being possessed by Gadreel so that I would be saved. He has trusted me with secrets like the one he just told you, and he has turned to me when he couldn't turn to Sam. That, 'brother' is why I bother loving."

Lucifer nodded Cas's head thoughtfully.

"Well then. I just guess we'll all have to see what becomes of this. Dean, The Darkness, you... Me" before lucifer locked Cas's voice away in a corner of his vessel he left one last statement, "I wonder what will become of the broken hunter, and the broken halo."

Then, the door inside his head slammed shut and Castiel was trapped and voiceless once more.
