83) The Bad News

AUTHORS NOTE: hey all! i know that you all are expecting the steve and belle wedding but nerp its not gonna be this part. :( sorry! like i want to make it really good and funny and i just need to think a bit more on what to put. so this part right here is just going to be regular funny stuff. please read the authors note also at the bottom when you are done. :) now: enjoy! :D and realized i sorta got deadpool's personality wrong. hes not as wisecracking and talkitive as he should be. im going to try and fix that now. XD anyway, ENJOY! :D 

 

 

~Diana Shade’s POV

I awoke to the sound of Wade’s voice in the kitchen. Normally that wouldn’t bother me but it did. For one thing it was super early. If Wade could help it he never got up before 10:00am. And when he got up he always woke me up by shaking my shoulder and then running his mouth.

I sighed and jumped out of bed. I walked into the kitchen and Wade was running his mouth into his cell phone.

“Just shut up Logan. Just shut up,” Wade hissed.

I turned invisible and listened. I considered going back to bed. It was probably just him arguing with the Wolverine over one of his past kills. Nothing major.

“Diana doesn’t need to know. She’s been through enough.”

I frowned. Ok now I was interested.

“Shut up, Logan.”

Wow, he’s mad at the Wolverine.

“Fine. I’ll tell Diana. We will leave right away. See you, in a bit. By the way stop drinking. I can hear you swallowing, and I know you’re not drinking water.”

I smiled slightly but didn’t laugh.

Wade hung up and slammed the phone down onto the kitchen counter. He sighed and ran his hand through his brown hair. I sighed too and became visible again.

“What’s wrong, Wade?” I asked.

Wade turned around and smiled at me sadly. He opened his arms and I walked over into them. He wrapped his arms around me and rested his head on the top of mine. He must really be upset because he’s not running his mouth.

“Wade?” I asked, looking up and kissing his cheek.

Wade was silent for a moment.

“He’s dead, Di.”

“Who’s dead?”

“The Professor.”

My eyes grew wide.

“Xavier… He’s dead?” I asked in disbelief.

Wade nodded.

I didn’t believe it. Charles Xavier, the man who ran Xavier’s school for mutants, ran the X-Men, and had actually taught Quinn, was dead.

Wade rubbed the back of my head and held me to him as I began to cry a little bit. He shed a few tears himself.

We eventually pulled ourselves together and went to pack. I was sort of glad Belle’s wedding was rescheduled for the day after tomorrow due to rain. Wade and I had a very important funeral to go to.

AUTHORS NOTE: hey people! as you all can see this ALSO plays along with X-Men movie canon. and Diana and Deadpool hang with both the avengers AND X-Men so yeah :P that also means that everything in the X-Men movies has happened. im sort of racking my brain about deadpool though. does he still have all those freak powers still from X-men Wolverine origins or no? oh well they are making new movies and it was a cliffhanger so HOPEFULLY WE GONNA FIND OUT. XD and anyways you all may guess somemore about Misty and Spider man and what they wanted to tell everyone. :P
