“Wake up!!!” someone screamed in my ear. I awoke with a fright and accidentally smacked the person who yelled. It was Austin.

“Ow!” he shouted in pain.

“I’m sorry. I didn’t know it was you,” I laughed.

“It’s not funny!” he protested, but he was smiling so I knew he wasn’t serious.

“Why’d you wake me up, it’s like the middle of the night,” I complained and I heard laughing in the hallway. Alex. Butterflies again. Ugh.

“It’s breakfast time, ugh, I think you broke my nose,” he croaked.

“Man up,” I said and sat up in my bed. My hair was in a side braid, and I was wearing a white t-shirt and superman pants. You know it was black with the superman sign on them. I liked them.

They just wore plain t-shirts and plain black pants. Am I the only fun one here?

“Just come on,” Austin said and I hopped out of bed and nearly feel over because I saw so tired.

“What time is it?” I asked.

“6:15,” Alex answered.

“You eat breakfast that early?” I yelled.

“You better get used to it, from what my mom says you family will be in Mexico for a long time,” Austin smirked.

Oh right, my family is in “Mexico.”

We went downstairs and into the kitchen. Mrs. Mahone was setting the table, and in the middle of it were bacon, waffles, eggs, bagels, and pancakes. I nearly flipped out. I don’t eat this much in a whole day! All my dad gave me for breakfast was a little waffle, and we didn’t have a microwave so I had to eat it frozen… I wouldn’t recommend it.
