Chapter 42

*2 weeks later*

Alex’s POV

It’s been two weeks since Austin told us he was leaving and today was the day he was going to tell the guy his final decision that he was leaving. He hasn’t even told Olivia yet.

But we figured not to tell her yet because it’s her birthday today.

The whole crew had decided on telling her tomorrow because we didn’t want to ruin her birthday.

I’m still trying to get over the fact that I’ll probably never see her again after she moves back. I love her. I really do…

Anyways, the whole crew had spent the night at Austin’s house to plan her party. She was at Georgia’s house with Chelsea, Leslie, and Sarah.

I know you’re probably thinking ‘Whoa Whoa Whoa Sarah?!’

Well they had all decided to give Sarah a second chance, but if she blew it we would never trust her again.

I was going to take her on a date tonight before the party and then we’ll come back and the party will be set up and a lot of people will be invited.

I sighed and got up from the couch and walked into the kitchen where everyone else was.

No one was really happy the past two weeks after hearing the news from Austin but we couldn’t really be mad at him for following his dream right?

But I think Austin was more devastated then any of us. I mean how would you feel if you had to leave all of your friends? Or break up two people that love each other…

“Rob, Zach, Eddie, and I going to stop by the store to get stuff; you want to come with us?” Tyler asked. I shook my head.

“I’ll just stay here with Austin,” I mumbled and sat down in the chair next to Austin.

I felt really bad for Olivia. She was all cheery and happy but she didn’t have a single clue what was going on.

And I haven’t spent much time with her at school either. The more I see her, the more I want to burst out crying.

None of the girls knew what was going on.

I sniffed and looked up at Austin who seemed to be thinking about the same thing.

“Tell me something… do you think I’m doing the right thing?” he asked. I shrugged.

“I’ll miss you… and Olivia, but don’t let us get in the way of your dream Austin,” I explained and he nodded. I could tell he was about to cry.
