Chapter 6
“Olivia, do you want to come down for dinner?” Austin asked.
“Is he here?” I asked.
“Yes, but I could just bring it up here if you wanted.”
“Just make sure I don’t sit next to him and I’ll be fine I guess,” I said.
Austin smiled, “I’ll sit next to him.”
I followed him downstairs and saw Alex sitting on the couch.
I remember what “Anonymous” texted me. Maybe I should call her A, like in pretty little liars. Or just call her Sarah, but I think A sounded cooler. Besides, why is she putting her name as anonymous? She kind of made it obvious it was Sarah.
I walked past Alex quickly and ran into the kitchen and sat down where Austin usually sat.
“Are you okay Olivia?” Mrs. Mahone asked me. I nodded. I didn’t really think about ever since Austin talked to me. I didn’t really care that much anymore.
I mean, he’ll get over it right?
And one day he is going to find out what Sarah did and they’ll all come crying to me and apologizing for being so mean to me.
I just wanted that day to come quick.
Austin and Alex walked in and sat across from me. I kept my head down. Mrs. Mahone came over and gave us our dinner. It was chicken. I absolutely LOVE chicken. I mean it’s like, idk it’s good.
I took my knife and cut it into little pieces because it tastes better that way. Then I took my fork and stuffed a few in my mouth. No one really talked. Probably because Alex didn’t want to get in trouble with Mrs. Mahone.
