*Dream*
I was in a white room with Sarah. We were stuck in there. No doors no windows. No way to get out. We have been stuck in there for days.
“Look, we obviously aren’t getting out of here so this might be the perfect time to talk,” Sarah snarled at me. I gulped and backed away from her.
“I know you love Alex, but he is mine! He would never give me up for someone as stupid as you,” she snapped and took one step closer to me.
“You’re the one who killed two people!” I yelled harshly.
“I did you a favor. I took them out of your life. I knew it was annoying, having Landon boss you around and having to take care of that retard Pete. We could still be friends. I only did it for you,” she explained with a smirk.
“If you did it for me then why did you look so scared when I caught you throwing rocks, huh?” I proclaimed.
“It was supposed to be a surprise, for your birthday that was only what? 2 weeks away? If you stayed friends with me, there would have been hundreds of people at your party! But how many came? Oh that’s right! Zero!” she yelled.
“What if I killed two of the most important people of your life? How would you feel!” I screamed. She ignored me.
“I know how to make your life miserable Olivia. I can tell all the boys that you bullied me for no reason just like I told Zach,” she smirked.
“What do you want from me?” I yelled at the top of my lungs.
“Never tell a single soul about what I did or else I tell the boys that you bullied me and that you are in love with Alex,” she snarled.
“Fine,” I mumbled.
“Ok and one more thing,” she laughed.
“What?” I asked with misery, this can’t be good.
“I need you to repeat after me.”
My face fell. I knew what she wanted me to say.
“My,” she whispered, “Come on say it with me.”
“My,” I sobbed, “Brother… is… a-.”
*End dream*
I sat in bed and nearly screamed.
It was just a dream Olivia. It was just a dream. I started panting then I looked at the clock. It was 5 in the morning. That’s even early for Austin.
I tried to lie back in bed but I couldn’t do it. I sighed and got out of bed. I yawned and stretched then walked downstairs. I was surprised when I saw Austin lying on the couch watching tv.
“Sup cuz,” he smiled.
“I’m surprised Alex didn’t spend that night,” I laughed and sat next to him.
“What? You want him to?” he smirked.
“What? I never said that!” I lied. He’s on to me.
“Whatever you say,” He said and started laughing.
“What? Why are you laughing?” I complained.
“Because I know you like him,” he smiled.
“What? I do not!” I lied again.
“Come on! I know the way you look at him. You’re in love,” Austin exclaimed.
“Austin, ok don’t tell anyone, and besides I only like him a little. I’m not ‘in love’,” I informed him.
“Sure ok, and don’t worry, your secret is safe with me,” he laughed, “Oh and is that why you didn’t want to go to the movie? Because Sarah’s going to be there?” Austin asked.
That wasn’t the reason but it beats telling the truth.
“Yeah,” I answered.
“Well, why don’t you just come? I don’t know if Zach is going because he still might be sick and Tyler isn’t going and Rob just waits in the bathroom most of the time and I don’t want to be the third wheel. It can be like a double date,” Austin begged.
“I’m not dating my cousin!” I yelled in disgust.
“Ok, fine, um I don’t know just please come!” he pleaded.
“Ugh fine, but keep that Sarah away from me! I don’t want her near me, and if Zach happens to show up, I’m leaving with Tyler!” I said.
“Ok fine,” he sighed.
I smiled and leaned back on the couch and watched tv. The show “Drake and Josh” was on. I swear that’s the best show ever.
“So what do you want to do?” Austin asked, “I mean I feel like we should spend more time together since it’s been so many years since we have.”
“Um, I don’t know, wanna do something outside? Do you have a basketball net?” I asked. He smiled.
“Come on let’s go play!” he screamed and ran outside in his pajamas. I laughed and shook my head, but I still followed him.
He was standing on his driveway holding a basketball.
“Okay, let’s play some 1 on 1. But since you’re s girl I’ll go easy on you.”
I stole the ball from him and shot a three pointer. His mouth gaped open at me. I smirked.
“Ok, how about we just play knock out?” Austin suggested.
“Ok, prepare to get your butt kicked!” I said and got another ball and lined up behind him. He made his shot and missed. I made my shot and scored.
“You’re out sucker!” I teased him.
“Ok you’re obviously better than me, can you do something else?” Austin complained.
“Hey guys,” someone said behind me. I turned around. Alex. Oh my gosh. Austin burst out laughing. I hit his shoulder and he shut up. Alex looked confused but he didn’t say anything.
“Hi Alex,” Austin said trying not to laugh. I glared at him. I finally noticed what he was wearing. Jeans and a dress shirt.
“Why are you all dressed up at 5 in the morning?” I asked.
“Going to meet Sarah, we’re going somewhere and then we’ll just meet you guys at the movie theatre later,” he said and kept walking past us. I was so angry I nearly popped the ball. He was going to hang out with… Sarah.
“Whoa, are you okay?” Austin asked. I totally forgot he was there.
“Oh um yeah, I just didn’t like that ball,” I laughed nervously and threw it behind my head. I knew Austin didn’t believe me but he didn’t question me.
“So since he and Sarah are going somewhere, do you want to go somewhere?” he asked me.
I smiled. “Sure.”
(A/N I know this was a short chapter, it gets better though :))
