A week had passed since Aria and Ezra's goodbye and every single night all she could do was dream about what could have been even though she knew it was over and gone. It felt as if the movie that they had lived had got to the end yet ended in heartbreak as the teenager looked out the window the rain pouring down over Rosewood in these early hours of the morning. In only a few hours Aria would be the last member of the family in this house ever. She decided to get a later flight over, wanting to at least have a proper goodbye with her friends. Ezra had sent a box over of her things yet she didn't open it, she knew if she did it would only take her right to where she was trying to escape from.

Ezra had tried to carry on as normal but he couldn't. A part of him was missing and there could have been something he could have done to prevent this all. He could have told her about the messages or even just have one last kiss. Even though Aria was hurting she had her family. She'd move on with people she knew, make new friends. Ezra had nobody.

The house was empty and Aria began to pack up the last of her things, it hurt to say goodbye to everything she had no become used to. She never wanted to forget any of these memories but soon they'd all be old news. The girl thought she'd finished packing her car when she found one last box, it was the one Ezra had sent. Taking a deep breath the girl sat on the cold floor and opened it up.

Ezra needed to say goodbye properly, it would kill him if he didn't. He tried ringing Aria but it went to straight to voicemail.

"Aria, if you're still here just...Please meet me. The clock, where we used to- There's a clock in town and I'll be waiting there. All night. I understand if you don't show I just... I need to say something before you leave."

Each item Aria pulled out the box felt like it was digging a bit closer to the memories she had lost. They were all so familiar, she could easily quit this all and just leave. Find a new lover and give up on all of this but she couldn't. She couldn't give up on any of it because this was the only real thing in her life. Before she could carry on she found the voicemail on her phone, Ezra seemed so desperate it only seemed right to go and as she stood up there was one thing she had missed in the box. It was a book. As she flipped it open there was a note from A indicating which page to go to;

'Ezra Fitz

B26

It's a number

It's a song

It's a girl'

Like an oceans storm everything flooded back every single memory. She remembered their first meeting. She remembered their first dance, their first kiss. The betrayal, the heartbreak, the makeups, the breakups. Every single frame of their lives together was brought back in that one second and Aria had finally put all the pieces together. There was no need for a new life if she could remember the old one, the old one that she needed so much.

"He does love me."

Everything was left, doors were wide open and the girl was froze to death running down the streets of Rosewood in the pouring rain. She needed to see Ezra, her movements were frantic like if she didn't find him soon she was going to implode. This was her final shot at some happiness, it had to go wrong didn't it?

Then she saw him.

She saw him waiting, shaking from the cold his hands in his pocket as he constantly searched the streets hoping to see Aria. And then he saw her.

They ran to each other just like in the movies they had spent endless nights watching. The nights she remembered. She looked into his eyes and saw the memories repeating theirselves. It was freezing cold yet the warmth of holding each other kept them warm. There was a silence at first as they just took in the moment before Aria said

"I remember."
