"Aria?" Ezra screamed. He immediately jumped out of his car but in the brief period of time it got him to reach the opposite side Aria was gone without a trace. Ezra felt his heart sink to the bottom of his chest and beak to frantically look round every side street there was but no sign was to be seen.
As he was beginning to lose hope he's phone beeped inside his pocket and it made him feel sick to the core. There was no way this could be -A, but he knew that it was. Ezra had only cut the strings with -A to protect and be with Aria yet now the complete opposite had happened. There was no way of winning this round so all he had to do was once again follow -A blindly.

This was so much bigger than just Aria, Ezra himself could easily be taken down by -A. One photo of the pair of them together could easily be passed over to the police from when Aria was back in high school and Ezra's world would be lit to flames. However, he did not care about that he only cared about Aria. Like he always had.
He had to find her.

The corridors of Rosewood were empty and with the last time that anyone being here was graduation the remaining parts of torn up books and probably what looked like silly string stuck to the floor. It looked like a scene after a zombie apocalypse or something of the sort. Ezra made his was to the classroom he used to teach in and became overwhelmed with memories. This was not where their story began but it was where it crashed and burnt over and over again. Seeing Aria in this classroom always filled Ezra with the fear of what could have happened to them but now things were much worse. As he began to look round Ezra could see nothing until the drawer of his desk was left slightly open. He made his way and sat down carefully in his chair pulling open the drawer and inside it was a small tub of sleeping pills. Ezra spilled them out on the table and confused he came across a small piece of paper.
