11:55pm

"Did I leave the milk you like out for too long so you couldn't drink it?" Aria asked from the list she had wrote down, all the reasons things could have gone wrong.
"No go away Aria."
"Is it because I told you brother where you were for your birthday so he could come and surprise you?"
"That was you?"
"Oh come on Ezra, it was only for your happiness...Is that the reason?"
"No! How many more questions are you going to ask me?"
Ezra opened the door and walked passed Aria leaving her to fall back slightly.
"As many as I can so I can understand what's wrong with you. Where are you going?"
"I'm going to get out of here once and for all."
Ezra headed for the fire alarm and Aria tried desperately to stop him. But it was too late.
"That alarm is just for sprinklers."

12;42pm

Freezing cold, Aria had nothing to change into so she had to stay in soaking wet clothes.
"Are you okay?" Ezra called over to her as she sat shivering in the corner of the room.
"Mhm."
The man just sat down beside the girl, wrapping his arm around her letting Aria move into his chest.
"The reason I haven't been open to this relationship is because after everything that has happened I know the outcome."
Aria was confused and she pulled away from the mans touch for direct eye contact.
"What do you mean? What outcome?"
"Every time we try to be together we can't get past the problems that arise in front of us. I just..."
He paused and Aria reached for his hand holding it so close. Whatever thoughts were going on inside Ezra's head it was obvious that it was hurting him.
"When I saw you leave me that morning, leave me after we had a night that showed us how much we did love each other I just knew that one day you would have to leave me again. I knew that we probably will never be able to have a happy ending but having to see you leave again, properly...It would just break me Aria. I have done so much wrong to you and I know you deserve better. I'm sorry."
Ezra looked away from Aria, the words he had always been so scared to say recently were finally out there and now he was just scared for the girls reaction.
"Ezra-"
The girls painted fingers reached over to the mans face, tilting his chin to reconnect eye contact.
"There is never going to be an ending again. We can't end because no matter what happens my love for you will remain, like the oxygen in my lungs. I cannot breathe without you Ezra Fitz. I love you."
