Ezra had spent over 30 minutes now running round the streets of Rosewood picking up clue after clue but with no ending prize. His heart was beating so heavily it felt like it was going to rip out of his chest. It was getting ridiculous now and the thought of Aria being in danger was too much to handle. She deserved none of this, she deserved better than him. This was all his fault and no matter what he did now he wouldn't be able to rinse himself of the guilt of the situation.
[Final clue now. The place where you lost everything. I hope the story was worth it? -A]
Obviously this referred to his cabin and soon enough Ezra was in his car driving at the fastest speed he possibly could. This could be a set up, it could be a facade to get rid of the actual truth of where Aria was but with no other possible way to get to the girl this was the best thing he had. His head was growing dizzy, the stress of the situation was taking its toll but he was never going to give up. He longed to see her eyes and just hold her for the brief amount of time she'd let him. Not seeing her was heartbreaking but the chance of never being ever to see her again was much worse.
It was much colder than Ezra last remembered when he departed from his car, maybe it was because of the seriousness of the situation that everything around him began to turn dark. Ezra was almost sprinting into the cabin, screaming out the girls name yet there was no response. Even if she was here, would she want him to be here as well? Maybe she just wanted time away from him and this was the only way to get the man to leave her alone? Of course not.
Ezra began to search the cabin from head to toe, searching each room and checking everywhere for clues throwing papers everywhere not giving a damn about the aftermath of it all. Ezra was going out of his mind, trying to think of where the girl he longed for was hiding before remembering where he would keep all his information and it was like a lightbulb went off in his head. The man quickly pulled up the small door to head downstairs and that's when he saw her.
She lay there, eyes closed. She was cold, the tips of her fingers bleeding. She was unrecognisable yet of course Ezra knew.
