For the pair of now non lovers their worlds were just about to turn upside down. Aria decided she wanted to go for a walk, the whole news of pregnancy had shook her up and she had no clue how to take it. The cold air forced her to cross her arms and furrow her brows. She was pregnant. She was going to have a child, be a mother. It was not a small deal. No matter what she did now that would be the top of her mind and nothing else would beat the worry this was causing. Before she could think about turning and going back to Spencer's her phone began to ring. Hesitantly she reached into her bag and pulled it out.
Ezra.
It had been a while now since they had last spoke and Aria knew deep down she couldn't ignore him forever, and with this news she had to speak to him. Especially with what Ezra had gone through in the past with children, this secret would break him.
So she answered.
"Hello?"
"Aria? I didn't think you'd answer."
"Neither did I."
Silence.
"I need to speak to you Aria, I need to tell you everything and I owe you answers. A lot of answers. Will you see me? Just for coffee or even just to speak?"
"I can come over now...I need to speak to you as well." The girl had already began to head to Ezra's apartment, it wasn't a far walk and it was getting darker by the second. It was like going home heading back to the apartment, everything felt familiar and much clearer.
"Yes, of course. If that's okay with you? Actually I'll come and pick you up." Aria couldn't help but smile, there was no need at all.
"It's a short walk Ezra and I'm already making my way."
"And I'm in my car so it would be much easier if I just picked you up, end of argument. Where are you?"
Aria turned quickly to check the exact spot she was in.
"I'm just near the Brew."
At this time of year the roads of Rosewood were deserted so spotting Aria wouldn't be difficult at all.
4 minutes later Ezra was parking up next to the girl, he tried to hide his smile but he couldn't. Just seeing Aria was enough and he couldn't take his eyes off her. That was his mistake. Aria went to reach for the door handle when a hand suddenly went over her mouth and pulled her back.
