3 days later and Ezra was packing up the car. A road trip was something that was at the back of Aria's mind now but spending time with Ezra outside of his apartment would be nice. They'd packed lightly yet Aria's bags were filling up half of the car.
"Please let me choose the music this time, I cannot deal with another car journey of 90s rap."
"Oh come on." He laughed. "It's all about the guilty pleasures."
Aria was crammed between bags and couldn't help but snuggle herself up into the chair.
"Where are we going first?" The girl asked as she looked out the window, people and places flying by.
"Hotel, by the sea. It's lovely, quite a drive but yet we can have a picnic on the beach. It will be romantic at the least."
Aria shook her head, grinning from ear to ear. "What a hopeless romantic you are."
"Well I'm glad we match so well."

The journey last for several hours, Aria missed most of it after falling asleep several times. Ezra didn't mind at all, he loved watching Aria sleep she always looked so beautiful no matter what she did. As soon as they reached the hotel Ezra woke up the girl bringing in the bags as Aria headed looking for the room.
It took a while for Ezra to unpack the car and then successfully find somewhere to park, he tried to go as quickly as he could not liking to leave Aria alone yet it was taking much longer than expected. As soon as he finally did get into the room another figure sat beside her drinking a cup of coffee. Confused Ezra just coughed and looked over to Aria for answers.
"Ezra, finally." She said with a laugh, "This is Jake, we used to...Be friends and we lost touch I just wanted a catch up." Ezra eyed the younger man and nodded slightly.
"Ezra, I've heard a lot about you." Jake placed out his hand to Ezra which the older declined leaving Jake feeling much more than uncomfortable.
"Well I better be off, I have a tournament tonight." The man said as he walked to the door, Aria followed behind glancing at Ezra as she passed him.
"Good luck." The girl smiled as she pressed a kiss on Jake's cheek closing the door behind him.
As soon as the door opened, Ezra's phone went off and he put it as more of a priority than Aria.
"What was all of that about?"
"Yeah I'm sorry, I have to go."
Ezra pulled his jacket on as he headed for the door before Aria pressed a hand to his chest to stop him.
"Go where?"
"Out."
"For how long?"
"I'll bring back dinner. Sit tight."
