Just imagine:
"Did you hurt yourself?" Elijah's accent was stronger than ever and he seemed concerned
"Hm? Oh, that is not pretty!" Stefan chuckled,looking at a small wound on his leg
"You should go, take care of that" Elijah said quietly. Stefan looked down for a minute and when he looked back, Elijah was gone
