One month later

Robin

It's been a month since Regina's accident and she hasn't got any better. Her hip is healing but it's way off from being fully healed. It keeps cutting open and bleeding every so often and making the road to recovery a lot longer. She's been put on strict bed rest from Snow, today is the first day in a month that she's trying to walk.

"Are you sure you want to try this babe? I don't want you to hurt yourself" I ask Regina

"Yes I'm sure, I need to stretch my legs Robin!" she nods

"But your hip, it hasn't even healed yet! Plus the fact that you're four months pregnant!" I argue

"Robin honestly, stop worrying, I'll be fine! Just let me try it, I need to be healthy to look after my children" she sighs

"Alright" I nod,

Nervously, I take one of her hands, Snow taking the other. She winces as she tries to sit up, her hip threatening to start bleeding again.

"Alright Regina, take it easy" Snow says

She nods silently, gripping my hand tightly

"I'm ready" she nods

"Okay" I smile encouragingly

She grabs my hand firmly and Snow and I pull her up slowly. She wobbles slightly in our grasp but quickly gets her balance, taking a deep breath.

"Are you okay?" I ask, my concern growing

"At the minute, yes" she nods

She takes a step and immediately loses her balance before falling to the floor in pain.

"REGINA!" I yell, crouching beside her

"OW!" she winces

"Are you alright babe?" I ask

"I- I think so" she nods

I'm about to reply when a hand flies to her stomach, her eyes squeezing shut in pain.

"Babe? What's wrong?" I panic, my hand pressing on her stomach to get her attention

"Nothing I'm fine, it was just a cramp" she sighs

"Are you sure?" I ask again

"Yes" she nods reassuringly

"Come on, let's get you back to bed" Snow suggests

We pull her to her feet carefully before she hunches over, her hand lying on her stomach again.

"I'm going to be sick!" she whispers

"Alright, Snow get her to bed and I'll grab a bowl" I instruct Snow

Snow takes her from me while I run to the bathroom to get her a bowl, dashing back to her as quickly as I can. I pass the bowl to her and hold her hair back while she throws up; attempting to aim away from the bed which she is now lying on.

She finishes, clutching her stomach again and whimpering in pain.

"Darling, what's going on?" I frown, my fear and concern growing

"Nothing, just stomach pains, I'm fine" she reassures me

"Get some rest" I smile, kissing her lips

She nods, her eyes closing as she drifts off into sleep...
