Chapter 11

I accepted Sara's dare, if you can call that a dare. I don't know what made me decide to accept her suggestion to choose Andy as my K.I. This decision I'm about to make will determine my future, either my future will be good or terrible. Paano kung hindi ko nga talaga napigilan yung sarili ko at bumigay ako sa sexual urge at lust? I mean, kahit naman malakas ang self-control ko, hindi din naman maiiwasan na matempt ako 'di ba? After all, kahit manyak 'yang si Andy, hindi ko maidedeny na gwapo siya. At kapag nangyari 'yun.. I'm dead. Magiging ninang nga si Sara.

I don't know anything anymore, vengeance is taking its place. Gagawin ko ito to prove them wrong. I've made up my mind. I'll push my luck.

As I went back to the table, I noticed they were talking about something.

"Dude, what if ikaw ang pinili ni Dana? Kakayanin mo ba?" I heard Dave say.

"Of course. I'm the man, remember?" Andy said.

"But you might remember her. She might bring back her memories," Dave protested.

"It's been 3 fckin' years, Dave. I've already moved on," Andy snapped.

"Action speaks louder than words, Andy. I know that you're still blaming yourself for what happened to her," Cyriel snapped back.

"Can we end this conversation? It's leading to nowhere," Andy said.

"Fine. I'm just concerned," Dave said.

"Thanks, dude." Andy smiled.

After eavesdropping, my mind became curious. Who are they talking about? Malalaman ko din 'yan, someday. For now, pinuntahan ko na sila, as if wala akong narinig.

"Guys, I've already made up my mind," I said.

"Come on, pinapatagal mo pa. Ayaw pang sabihin na ako ang napili mo," Andy boastfully said.

"Fine. Oo. Ikaw ang napili ko. Happy?"

"Yes. Very, very happy. I'm so happy to the point that I want to take you, right here, right now." Dana, pigilan mo ang sarili mo. Nagpapa-cute lang sa'yo yan.

"Suit yourself. Asa ka."

"Hard to get."

"Okay," Dave interrupted. "So Andy is your kissing instructor from now until the contract expires. Let's talk about the contract."

Good Kisser's incorporated

Rules to be followed:

1. You shall pay the sum amount of P 50,000.00 pesos cold cash, for the kissing program that will last for approximately 6 months.

2. You and your chosen kissing instructor shall meet at least 4 times a week for your kissing lessons.

3. In case one or both of you gave in to your sexual urges, no complain or protest will be entertained.

4. The lessons shall remain private between you and the persons held responsible for this program; in case this program is exposed to public, a fine will be given.

5. And lastly, falling in love, either mutual or one sided is strictly prohibited and will be resulting to dissolving of this contract no matter what the circumstances are.

"What about the contract? May babaguhin ba?" I asked.

"Wala namang gagawing pagbabago. We'll just arrange things," Dave answered.

"Go ahead, I'll listen."

"As stated on the contract, you need to pay P50, 000 cold cash for the lesson."

"I know, I have my ATM card with me. I'll withdraw the money after this meeting."

"Good. This contract will last for 6 months."

"Yeah. I'm good with that."

"Next, dahil sa St. Claire's ka din pala nag aaral, it's up to you kung araw araw kayo magkikita."

"Araw araw? Sobra naman, 'di ba may customer si Andy ngayon? Sabi niya kanina?" I asked.

"Kakatapos lang ng contract namin kanina. Poor girl, she's begging me to make it real," Andy said.

"Psh. Kawawang babae. I swear, hindi ako magkakaganyan," I said.

"We will see. 'Wag kang magsalita ng tapos."

"Enough. 3rd rule, in case na bumigay kayo sa *ehem* sexual urge, no complaints will be entertained," Dave continued.

"Ok. That will never happen, as in never!"

"Talaga lang ha? Tignan natin kung hindi ka bumigay 'pag natikman mo na yung halik ko," Andy challenged.

"Ang hangin grabe!"

"Hindi ako nagyayabang, I'm just stating fact."

"Dream on. Ang kapal."

"Epal."

"Ano ba. Kanina pa kayo nag tatalo. Para kayong aso't pusa. Let's continue, 4th rule, in case na may makaalam about this lesson, a fine will be given. Sabi sa'kin ni Cyriel na may nakaalam na daw?" Dave asked. In fairness, naalala pala ni Cyriel mga sinasabi ko sa kanya?

"Yeah, si Sara. Bestfriend ko. Magkano ba babayaran ko?"

"Well, 'wag na lang. Okay lang 'yun, basta siya lang ang makakaalam." Ang bait talaga ni Dave. Naka-discount pa ako.

"Thank you."

"Don't mention it. And the last rule, falling in love isn't allowed. That's the most important rule," Dave said.

"If you're beginning to develop feelings towards Andy, we'll dissolve this contract. That will be the best for everyone," Dave continued. Weird. Nakaka curious talaga.

"I'm totally cool with it. Can I sign the contract?" I asked.

"Not yet," Dave replied. "Kailangan mo munang ibigay yung payment. That's a rule."

"Sige, pupunta lang ako ng mall, mag wiwithdraw."

"Samahan na kita." Andy said.

"Thanks, but no thanks. Kaya kong pumunta mag-isa dun," I said.

"Come on. Magkakasama tayo for the next 6 months. Hindi pwedeng lagi mo akong iiwasan."

"Ang drama mo. Oo na, sumama ka na. Happy?"

"Yeah. Tara sa parking lot, andun yung kotse ko," he simply said.

To my ancestors, tulungan niyo ako. I'll be alone with Andy for the next 30 mins? Huwag nawa siyang sapian ng masamang espiritu at maisipang halayin ako...
