Chapter 16

"It's beautiful. Thank you Mrs. Jeon."I said hugging the dress.
"Gomawo omma, that will be perfect for the music award in a week. Oh speaking about that will you be my date to the music award." he said kneeling down on one knee.
"Yes." I said laughing.
"Wait let's take a picture of this for Twitter." J-Hope said.

I pretended to be in shock and I still had my promise ring on. But Jungkook never noticed until he saw me put my hand out.

"You still have it on?" he asked pointing to my finger. Everyone looked over.
"Huh oh umm yeah." I said
"Wait what you proposed already?" everyone asked.
"What anio... it's a promise ring. We knew we were going to be far away from each other. I wanted to make sure we promised to each other that we will be together no matter what." he explained to everyone.
"Awe cute." his parents said.
"So this is why you wouldn't marry Choon Hee." his mom asked him
"Yes and even if I never met Michelle, I still wouldn't have married Choon Hee." He said looking disgusted just saying her name.

That night, there was a storm. I couldn't sleep at all. I decided to go on my phone and listen to music and went on wattpad. Some one opened my door. I put my phone away and pretended to sleep. I thought it was Abby but I heard Jungkook voice. He came to the side of my bed.

"Yes?" I asked
"How's your leg?" he asked.
BOOM!---
"AHHHHHH!" Jungkook screamed and jumped into my arms.
"So is this why you came into my room." I said laughing.
"Yah! It's not funny." he said trying to act tough once again.
"So what do you want?" I asked waiting to listen to what he had to say.
"To see if you are okay." he said.
"Okay. I'm fine. You should go to sleep." I said pushing him away.
Then he left. I still couldn't sleep but I just started at the wall. Later Jungkook came in and slept in my bed along with me. I just pretend to sleep and not notice. I woke up with my face against his chest. I like this. Please stop time once again. Then he pulled me closer to him.

"Wake up Michelle...Yah! What is going on here." Mrs. Jeon said.
"Ahh omma nothing is going on. I just slept here last night." Jungkook said.
"Wow Jungkook what are you doing in Michelle's room." Mr. Jeon said.
"He was scared of the thunder and must have came to my room." I said staring at Jungkook who started to get embarrassed.
His parents started laughing.
"Now that's my son right there haha." his dad said laughing.
"Appa!" Jungkook said walking out of my room. We started laughing.
"Michelle come down. Breakfast is almost done." his mom said.
"Neh." I said nodding my head.

I went to the bathroom and Jungkook came out. He didn't even look at me and went into his room. I went to Abby's room to wake her up but she wasn't there. I went to the bathroom and got ready. I went downstairs and saw Abby eating already.

"Kam sa ham ni da[1]." I said as Mrs. Jeon gave me my bowl of soup along with rice a d kimchi.
"Eat." Mr. Jeon said motioning us to eat.
"Jungkook sit and eat." his mom said.
"Neh. Michelle and I are going somewhere so don't expect us home for a while. We are going out." Jungkook said looking at me. I smiled back at him.
"Mee too. Jimin is picking me up and we are going somewhere." Abby added
"Are you going to the music award with us?" Jungkook asked her.
"Oh neh." Abby answered.
"Maybe he's taking you dress shopping." I said to her.
"Maybe." she said trying to act cool.

Someone rang the doorbell and it was Jimin. Abby left with him and it was us four.

"Okay omma, appa, Michelle and I are leaving. We will see you later tonight." Jungkook told them.
"Annyeong." they said waving.

We decided to go to the beach and relax there. We changed into our bathing suit and went to the beach. Luckily it wasn't too crowded.

"Wow Michelle you look amazing." Jungkook said as he stared at me.
"Don't look to much you pervert." I said covering his eyes then I ran away. Then we got ice creams and walked around. Once I finished I went up to the ocean and he followed me. I waited till he got closer to me and splashed water at him. I started running again. He eventually caught up to me and grabbed me by the waist and carried me and spun me. He faced me towards him and kissed me. After playing around we sat on the beach looking at the sunset. I took a picture of the sunset. Jungkook flipped the camera to face us and we took a picture together.

"Thank you Jungkook." I suddenly said.
"For what?"
"For everything. You were there for me and helped me when I got hurt. You made my life even more better then it was." I said about to cry.
"You don't have to say thank you. You do the same for me too. You make me be a better me then I used to be. I love you." he said grabbing my waist pulling me closer to him.

We went back into the changing rooms and went out to eat. A couple of girl came up to us while we were eating.

"Ahh Jungkook-ah can we take pictures and get an autograph." they asked nervously.
"Neh." he said.
"Jungkook-ah is this your girlfriend." one of them asked.
"Yes she is. Isn't she pretty?" he said and they laughed. I was so confused. Well one of them spoke English.
"You are very pretty." said one of them.
"Oh thank you. You are all beautiful yourself." I said to them. I saw Jungkook smile when I said that.
"Kam sa ham ni da." they said.
"So what did they say to you that made you guys all laugh." I asked
"They asked me if you were my girlfriend." he said.

We finished our food and he took me somewhere else. When he parked the car he told me to close my eyes. He came up behind me and covered my eyes. He sat me down and to keep my eyes closed. When he told me to open my eyes he reenacted the day he asked me out. He sang Nothing Like Us. Then we got a two seated bike and rode around the park. Let me just say it was the best day and date in my entire life. I love you Jeon Jungkook.
