Chapter 21: Positive or Negative?

"No, i know." Hermione got up and hugged Ginny while they both smiled.

"i'm ready to check now." she said confidently hermione inched up to the white porcaline counter top and nervously glared down at the test.......

it was positive she sucked in deeply and took in the news farely well.

"what is it?" ginny whispered

"positive." Hermione breathed

"so that means your your...."

"pregnant? yeah"

"oh Hermione thats wonderful! when are you going to tell ron?" Hermione grimenced a little

"I'll tell him when they come in after dinner." Hermione picked up the test and brought it to hers and

rons bedroom and put it in her dresser then both girls made their way downstairs. Hermione and

Ginny made dinner then set the table and waited for their husbands to come in.

"so is this what it was like last year when you were on the run?" 

"No, it was alot more... intense we wouldn't go outside at all and we were in constant fear that

someone would find us out their were death eaters taking shifts outside our doori watching the

house day in and day out. I don't think their taking it as serious this time, it's not as serious there isn't

a target on our heads."

"hmmm i see. that must of been terifying."

"it was but we got through it together." Hermione smiled just then the boys came in loudly.

"Thaat save was brilliant Ron!"

"I know but your last goal was bloody amazing mate." Ron exclaimed

"Ronald no need to swear." Hermione scolded

"Sorry 'mione." Ron smirked "so what's for dinner Hermione?"

"Sandwhiches."

"well it's better than last year remamber harry?"

"yeah bread milk everday." He smiled

"yeah its already starting out better."  they all ate and talked about their day.

"i found a daily prophet outside in the backyard from today." Harry informed them 

"really? what'd it say?"

"it said that the death eaters are on the move now tracking down people who lead to the down fall of

voldemort."

"are there any deaths?"

"No. not yet anyways?" Harry concluded then they all washed up and dispursed through the house

harry and ginny going to the library and Ron and hermione upstairs.

"It's now or never" Hermione mumbled

"Hey Ron i have to tell you something." She said leading him into their bedroom.

"yeah?"

"Well umm... i'm pregnant." She said looking at him through her eyelashes. Ron stood there stunned.

"Ron? did you here me?" Hermione said looking at ron intensly.

"are you sure?"

"yeah i took 3 muggle pregnancy tests and they all were posiitve." She glanced up at ron and he

broke out into a huge grin. 

"Hermione Thats great!" He swept her up into his arms and kissed her passionately on the lips.

When they finally broke for air they smiled at each other intensly.

"how much along are you?"

"1 month maybe"

"should we tell Harry and Ginny?"

"well Ginny already knows..." Ron gave her a quizical look

"she was with me when i bought the test and when i found out." 

"oh okay shall we tell harry then?" 

"well i guess we should since we told Ginny."

"Alright let's go mommy" he grinned and Hermione rolled her eyes. Ron practically bounced down

the stairs and Hermione followed cautiously. They went through the house looking for Harry and

GInny but finally found them in the library.

"hey harry, ginny we have so news to tell you." Ginny smiled intensly at them while harry just stared at them confused

"well Hermione's pregant." He broke out smiling at hermione

"congradulations Ron, Hermione." Ginny said getting up to hug both of them.

"Gosh congrates mate!" Harry said giving ron a one armed hug.

"you too 'mione! you'll make a great mom!" 

"oh thanks harry!" She said while hugging harry it seemed like everything had fallen in place.
