To Explain:

I feel the need to explain my ending, even though I shouldn't.

A lot of people loved the ending and that means a lot!

Several people liked the ending and that's good :)

Some people don't like it because they wanted everyone to survive.

I need everyone to understand that I couldn't do that to Fred. I could not let him survive despite how badly I wanted to.

He died a heroic death, and Fred deserved that. He didn't deserve to die but he's a hero, he died for an amazing cause, and I could not take that away from him, he deserved that hero status!

I couldn't make lily live without him either, it was heartbreaking.

I originally planned to write 3 different endings, this one, one where everyone survives and another where lily survived but the others didn't.

I might still.

But this ending made me happiest and I hope everyone can understand why. Yes Severus and Fred and lily died but they're still together, and that's what matters :3
