The 2-Step Low-FODMAP Eating Plan is the essential guide to managing IBS and Food Intolerance

symptoms.

The 2-Step Low-FODMAP Eating Plan is a diet and recipe book that contains helpful information on how to manage IBS and food intolerance.

That being said, I did enjoy the recipes within The 2-Step Low-FODMAP Eating Plan. However, being that I tend to notice errors a lot faster and they tend to stick with me throughout the novel (or in this case Low-FODMAP Eating Plan). There were some recipes that did call for ingredients that were not in any way "FODMAP" friendly. Other than that, this novel or FODMAP Eating Plan is truly a hit.

It is helpful for those that not only have IBS but also those that experience food intolerances/sensitivities. For example, lactose intolerance, celiac disease, salicylate sensitivity, and more.
