On Saturday September 10, 2016 a bunch of bloggers, booktubers, librarians, and booksellers got together for TeensRead Preview, an event hosted by Raincoast Books, in Vancouver, Toronto, and online. This was my first time attending this event and to say I was nervous was an understatement. And to make matters worse due to the amount of traffic everywhere, I thought I wasn't going to make it or that I would at least be late. However, I managed to go through side streets and miraculously made it to the library with a few minutes to spare.
When everyone arrived, the event started. It began with the Raincoast ladies going upfront introducing themselves and presenting upcoming winter and spring titles. After all the books were discussed, Mary E. Pearson (author of The Remnant Chronicles and the Jenna Fox Chronicles) went upfront to answer some Q&As.

Everyone also received a bag of goodies - including some swag and ARCs. It was fun to see everyone and participate in the discussions afterwards, though I was a little shy. Thanks to the ladies from Raincoast for hosting and inviting me to such a fun event! 😊
