Midori's POV

So, you remember the poisoned arrow I took above the heart? I'm surprised that I'm alive!

Well, I fell in front of this blonde man, apparently, after I hit every branch in the world. He patched me up and carried me until I woke up, "Ne, what's your name?"

The blonde gave a hint of a smile, "I'm Ik-su. I'm a preist."

"Sou ka. . ." I muttered before I experienced more stabbing pain, "Ah!"

After carefully setting me down, the blonde main turned to face me before seeing me holding my eyes, "Mi–"

"Dragon Warriors! With Hiryuu as your master, protect, cherish, and never betray him for as long as you live! From now on, you are our other halves!"

As I sat in the fetal position, the words replayed over in my head. My eyes were still pulsating, and I wasn't sure I was thinking straight.

"Miss?" I glance up at Ik-su before passing out due to pain.

~~~~~
I woke up in a shack with my bandages changed. I slowly sat myself up. It took me a while, but I soon realized there were bandages across my eyes as well. As I said before, I can practically see through anything placed over my eyes.
"Oi!" I jumped and turned towards the entrance of the shack seeing a strawberry-blonde boy a few years younger than me carrying my two companions.
I got to my feet as quickly as I could before limping over to the boy, "What can I do to h-help?"
He looked at me, "You should be resting."
"I will," I state going over to Yona's limp body and taking her off of the boy's shoulder, "after I set her down."
There was a heavy sigh released by the boy as I took Yona to where I was previously laying and placed her there.
"I'm Midori," I said addressing the youngest and only other conscious person in the little home.
He glanced over to me, "I'm Yoon."
"Where do you keep your bandages?" I said moving to start to look over Yona's wounds.
"What good are bandages going to do if you can't see what you're doing?"
.
.
.
"Ah! I forgot I had bandages on my eyes!"
Yoon blanched as I finished my statement, "How could you forget something like that?!"
"I'm sorry!"
There was a huff, "The second drawer on the wall to your left."
I blinked as I unraveled the bandages on my eyes, "Eh?"
"The bandages."
"Oh! Thanks, Yoon!" I got up to get the said wrappings and promptly tripped over my own two feet.
"Eh?!" Yoon said jumping about a mile in the air.
"Sorry," I slinked my way over to the drawer before taking a roll and heading back over to Yona.
I start treating her wounds from the most serious to those of lesser concern. I paused with wrapping her last injury as a thought came to mind, "Ne, Yoon?"
"Nani?" He answered across the room as he was working on my reckless brother.
"Did you change my bandages earlier?" There was a pause, and when I looked up I seen Yoon had paused in treating Hak.
After what seemed like an eternity, he answered, "H-hai."
"Then," I started off finishing wrapping Yona's final injury, "Thanks." I looked up and met the questioning look of our group's little savior, "Thanks for helping them too. My brother's kind of an idiot, and this one's a little ditsy," I said motioning to Yona, "so thank you, so much."
"Well. . . You're welcome, I guess," Yoon muttered blushing.
I watched from the side and whispered, "Kawaii."
"Uresai!" I giggled at the blushing boy.
I then pushed myself onto my feet and made my way to the door, "Ne, I'm going to go to the river, okay, Yoon?"
"Hai, hai."
Okay. I know what I want to do for this story.............
I think.
In order to do that I've got to get all the way to the Awa arc! It's sooooooooo far away, but I'll get there eventually.
I think you'll like it better then.
