*Jacks prov.*
We have been waiting to get on the boat for some time now, but AnnaBee just keeps looking out to sea. Like she is some where totally off.
I don't know what has gotten into her at all.
I mean she wanted to go to that island thing, but when we where about to get in the boat she stopped and froze in place.
I could see her hands were clunked in to fists, but with a cry from far off I could see her body started to shake.
Filling me with fear.
I ran to her side yelling her name.
No one knew what to do.
No one would say a thing.
“ ANNABEE!?!?!”
Nothing, I tired again.
“ANNABEE ANSWER ME!!!”
I looked around at everyone, even they had fear in there eyes.
I wrapped my arms around her. Trying to hold her body still.
She was so small in my arms.
Like she fits right here.
“AnnaBee please answer me?”
I knew my voice was weak.
Everyone was silent even the Cheshire Cat.
“Jack can you please let go of me? I would very much like it.”
My eye widened and I looked down at the once small girl who had been my once only friend now grown up and a girl I now barley knew.
I slowly let go of her stepping back giving her room.
“You ok AnnaBee? You ready to go to that island thingy?”
She tilted her head at me.
“Now Jack what do you mean? I was there? As were you? Tim with Cheshire to?”
My eyebrow raised at her?
“AnnaBee we haven't left yet?”
She looked at each of us slowly.
Then down at her hand.
“What is it AnnaBee? Are you ok?”
I watched her closely as she open her hand to look in it.
What ever was in her hand I wonted so badly to know.
I wonted to see her eyes, I never had.
I wonted to know what was going on.
I wonted to know why I don't know her any more.
I watched her clench her fist and walking back and forth in the sand.
“AnnaBee?”
She never turned my way only repeating.
“ There but here.
Here but there.
No?
Yes?”
The others came to my side giving her wired looks.
I was about to stop her walking but she did as I wonted to her self with a gasp.
“The Questions the Answer!!!!”
I felt like the world slowed down and she sped up.
On her heels she turned running as fast as she could in to the dark blue forest.
I lunged forward to run after her but Brittney placed her body in front on mine.
All I could do was stand there and watch as Tim chased after the girl I once knew so well.
I hated knowing here I was again watching letting her make her way out of my life and not doing a thing about it.
Brittney's voice brought me back.
“Jack?”
I glanced down at her then backed up.
“Brittney why did you do that?”
She smirked at me.
I didn't even lessen to the words that came out of her mouth I just started walking in the way they left.
It toke ever thing I had to ignore Brittney and her new side kick Tom.
Making our way in to the forest I felt the soft fur of Cheshire tail tough my face as he floated by.
“My Dear Jack. I must ask before I go. Did you know a look can tell more than words?”
I stopped in my steps.
“What do mean a look?”
He gave me a large smile.
“My Dear Jack, you may not know it yet but time.”
With that he faded away leaving me lost in my on mind.
I keep walking down the path.
Where ever AnnaBee went It must have been important.
I couldn't think of what I would do if I lost her.
Wait of I lost her?
