"No Kalin move that over there."I sighed and ran my hand threw my hair.
Setting up for my baby shower today is harder than I thought.
"That's not even straight." I pointed out.
"Well I'm sorry." He moaned.
We were just trying to set everything up and it wasn't going well. We thought it would be easier with the help of Kalin but actually it's making us do more.
They also told me to just rest up or go sit down but I refused. I would just turn out to be bored and get annoyed because there is no good shows on tv.
"Can you just go get the cake?" I asked.
"I think I can do that." He walked over to me and gave me a kiss on my forehead.
"I'll be back."
"Ok."
He's been doing that for a while and I don't mind. It's not like we are in a relationship, just friends.
"Liz, why won't you go and get ready? We have everything under control." Starlah spoke.
"You sure?" I asked.
"Positive." I smiled and headed to my bedroom.
I stripped out of my clothes and got into the shower. I washed my hair and my body of course.
When I was finished I wrapped a towel around my body and another one around my hair. I walked into my closet and took out the dress I was going to wear today.
I laid it on the bed and grabbed some under garments. I put them on but still left the towel wrapped around me.
I sat down at my vanity table and started doing my makeup. I just did something simple since I didn't want to over do it.
I let my hair fall out of the towel and blow dried it. I straighten my hair and braided the front of my hair to get it out of my face.
The last thing to do was just to slip on my dress and shoes. I grabbed my pinkish dress and put it on with some matching sandals.

I looked in the mirror and smiled. I can't believe I'm going to be a mom in a few weeks or days. Whenever the baby chooses to come.
I smiled and rubbed my belly. I walked out of my room and made my way downstairs.
I hadn't noticed that a took a long time getting ready. The people that were here early are now in different clothes. They probably went home and changed while I was busy getting ready.
"Where Kalin?" I asked.
"Sexiness is over here." I heard him say. I turned around and rolled my eyes.
"Whatever." I took his appearance and it was not bad. It was like woah.
He wore a white button shirt with some black jeans. He looked delicious....wait, what the hell? Where did that come from?
I shook my head and greeted the guest that arrived.
"By the way, you look beautiful." He said. I blushed hit his side.
"Always." I flipped my hair and walked away laughing.

"It's time for the gender reveal." Starlah announced.
Everyone gathered around the table were Kalin and I were.
"On the count of the we will cut the cake and find out if it's a girl or a boy." Kalin informed them.
He placed his hand on top of mine and put the knife on top of the cake.
