"Mommy! Door!" Mercy heard Marjae yell from downstairs. Mercy was upstairs filling out court forms for Zion. She went to the court the other day to receive the appropriate forms to petition for the guardianship of Zion.

It's been two weeks since Mercy has moved in and she actually likes the area and so does Marjae. The other day, Marjae and Mercy were outside and a few kids from next door came outside to play with Marjae. Mercy was happy to say that the people next door were black.

Actually, majority of the neighborhood is black. It was about 2 white families and one Hispanic family on the street. The rest were black.

Mercy talked to the parents next door and found out that they were really nice people. They were a gay female couple and they've been together since they were Mercy's age.

They talked about how hard it was to adopt because some people didn't want a gay couple to be able to adopt. It was a whole issue with the courts and everything. Mercy explained to them how she was filing papers for Zion. They gave her a few good tips when the person comes to evaluate the home because it worked with them.

Overall, Mercy knew that she was going to enjoy living in the neighborhood. The kids next door were Marjae's age and all were friendly.

"One minute!" Mercy yelled back as she finished filling out the last sheet of paper. When she was finished she went downstairs and opened the door. It was Selena with her son, Aaron, on her hip.

It was 6:00 PM when Selena came over. Tonight, Mercy and King were going on a date. Just like any other guy, King didn't want to tell Mercy where they were going. To Mercy that was annoying, because she didn't know what to wear. That little piece of information could throw the whole night off.

"You ready?" Selena asked as she walked into the house. Both of the women walked upstairs with their children and put them in Marjae's room to play.

"I have your outfit ready!" Selena yelled as she stood next to Mercy's bed. The outfit was laid out on the bed. Mercy stood next to Selena in a black towel wrapped around her body.

"That is so freaking cute. Casual yet dressy. Perfect" Mercy said as she evaluated the outfit.

It was an Abercrombie & Fitch Denim Jumpsuit, a pair of Aisle Be Waiting Taupe Blush Patent Pointed Pumps, a Michael Kors wristwatch, a Michael Kors "Hamilton" bag, a Sterling Essentials Rose Goldplated Sterling Silver Classic Cross Necklace, and a Pink Textured Duster Coat.

"Hurry and put it on so I can do your hair. You decided on taking a long ass shower. He's going to be here in like twenty-five minutes" Selena rushed Mercy as she walked into the room with Aaron and Marjae.

Mercy hurried up and put on the outfit. She moisturized her whole body with a Mango Shea Butter Body Butter that Mercy made, before putting the outfit on though. She got the body butter DIY idea from YouTube. Moisturizing will always be Mercy's key to life.

Selena walked back in the room ready to beat Mercy's face and do her hair. She did her face first then her hair. It was a simple bun on top of her head with a few twists in the bun to make it look different.

"You know what we should do!!" Mercy said a little excited. "We should start doing a full on makeover thing in the salon. Like whenever a woman needs to get her face beat and her hair needs to be on point for something, we should do that. I got the idea from AnthonyCuts though"
