Thanksgiving Week: Day 1: November 21, 20XX

"When are you coming down here?" Staci asked Mercy through the phone. They're doing the same thing they did before; A family Thanksgiving dinner.

"We're packing today and we plan on coming down Tuesday"

"Who's coming?"

"Viv, Maurice, Darnell, Lexi, King, me and the kids" Dom and Ashlee couldn't come because they're having dinner with Ashlee's family. Akiya couldn't make it because she already made plans with her family. And Nia is spending Thanksgiving with Caesar's family.

"Oh okay. That's good. Well I'll let you pack and I'll talk to you later"

The women said goodbye and Mercy continued putting all of their clothes together. King was downstairs playing with the kids, while Mercy was packing their clothes.

"King! Have you packed your stuff yet?!" Mercy yelled to him downstairs.

"NO! I thought you were doing it for me" Mercy sighed and rolled her eyes.

"I didn't know I had three kids" Mercy mumbled to herself.

Mercy heard King's footsteps coming up the stairs. "Darnell is on his way to drop Trell off" Mercy nodded and turned around to look at him.

"Go home and pack your clothes. We're leaving tomorrow" She told him as she wrapped her arms around his neck. 

"Nope. I'll do it tomorrow morning" He said as he pecked her lips. 

"What did I just say?" She squinted her eyes at him. He rolled his eyes at her. 

"What did I just say?"

"You're so annoying. If you forget anything when we down there you not getting none after any of those seven dates" Mercy said as she unwrapped her arms from his neck and returned to folding her clothes. 

He dramatically sighed and wrapped his arms around her waist and tucked his chin in her neck. "Fine. You can't keep playing that card against me. Especially when I don't even know how it feels to be inside of you. It's unfair."

"Shut up and pack your clothes. And get my kids from in front of the TV, they watching too much TV" Mercy said. 

"They'll stop watching TV once Trell gets here"

"Sooo? What's going on with you and Akiya?" Mercy asked as she talked with Darnell in the kitchen. The three kids were in the living room playing. 

"It's going good. We finally made it official and I'm happy. We actually made it official last week. I'm done with counseling, and she said we couldn't date until I was done with counseling. We're going on a date tonight, that's why I needed you to watch my boy. I wanted to see her before we left"

"Y'all so cute! Man. I would've never guessed. Y'all like a movie. The widow and the therapist" Mercy said as she fantasized about the fairy tale.  

Darnell mugged her. "I really don't like you. I have to go, I need to go get dressed and ready for this date. Watch my ki- Hold up. Baby girl and Goofy didn't say hi to me when I walked in"
