Jemma turned the key in the door of her apartment, which had become shared with her girlfriend of 11 mouths. Shockingly she wasn't greeted by her favourite hacker kisses. 'Somethings off' Jemma thought to herself. Hanging her jacket up, she took off in search of the hacker.
"Daisy?" Jemma called out "you here?" The biochemist stopped dead in her tracks after hearing a muffled "in the bedroom" with a "help me" thrown in there.
Slowly Jemma walked to the bedroom door, taken a beat to get her foot at the base if the door. She nudged it open only to be greet by a squirming lump on the middle of the bed.
"Daisy?" The lump stopped moving upon hearing her voice so close
"Hi" Daisy voice was soft and still muffled.
Jemma raised one hand to cover her mouth, attempting to cover her giggles. "What has happened in here?"
"Long story short. I tried to change the duvet and I got stuck inside" there was a loud sigh from the lump that happens to be Daisy.
Jemma let out a laugh upon hearing her girlfriend. "Oh Daisy. How is that even possible" the Biochemist bit her lip holding back a fit of laughter.
"I don't know" Daisy sounded like a small child.
To Simmons this was an adorable thing but to Daisy it was awful. She had tried to do something nice for her lover but failed. It still amazed the skilled hacker that she could be so great at kicking ass but suck so badly at anything normal.
To be fair though she wasn't the most normal person.
Daisy was being to get overly warm in the duvet cover causing her to squirm vigorously which inevitable resolve in her falling of the queen sized bed.
Daisy let out a yelp as she hit the wood floor. "A little help!" She scream out.
Jemma walked over to the bedside and started untangling her girlfriend from the duvet.
It took a good 15 minutes to get Daisy free. Of course daisy wasn't making it any easier for Jemma. Once freed both the women were wiped out, however that didn't stop Daisy from jumping up and pushing Simmons down onto the bed and following her down.
The hacker stated down at her girlfriend smiling "you saved me from the duvet monster"
"It's not a monster" Jemma stated not that Daisy cared about the 'facts'
"I must reward the bravery of Jemma Simmons" Daisy announce before passionately kissing the biochemist on the lips.
"You're such a dork" Jemma smiled up at Daisy before bring the hacker closer to her and kissing her again.
