Barry sat at a table in Jitters, waiting for Caitlin to arrive. He bounced his leg up and down, waiting for the news of his unborn baby. Ever since Caitlin had told him that she was pregnant. Barry was excited and nervous and oh so many more feelings that he could place at the moment.
Only a few moments later Caitlin walked and, once she spotted Barry she gave him a quick peck on the lips then took the set opposite to him.
"So?" Barry asked
"Hi to you to Barry" Caitlin said.
"Yes, hi now please stop tortureing me and tell me."
Caitlin enjoyed being able to hold something over Barry, but his adorable green eyes always found a way to melt her heart and cause her to give. Barry was fully aware of this.
She reached into her bag and pulled out an ultrasound placing it on the table in font of Barry.
Barry picked up the image giving it a once over before Cait spoke up. "What do you see?"
"Honestly?" Barry titled his head at the black and white image. "All I see is a blob"
Caitlin laughed "Barry, that 'blob' is our daughter"
Caitlin waited for Barry's reaction.
"Oh" Barry paused for a moment till if finally clicked. "Oh! We're having a girl...a daughter?"
Caitlin smiled at Barry who didn't notice cause his face was glued to the ultrasound. It took a few minutes for Barry remember something that he has grabbed. "Well I have something. It's kinda a gag gift but..." He placed a teddy bear dressed as the flash on the table "...I couldn't help myself when I saw this" Caitlin shock her head, she hold the teddy between both hands "well it is cuter then the real flash"
Barry shot a fake hurt look at her.
"You're such a dork, but I think she will love it" Caitlin said.
"I might be a dork but so will our daughter" Barry still couldn't believe this was real, that he was gonna father. Caitlin leaned back in her set "oh god, I'm gonna end up raising two kids" she stated with a sigh.
