"I don't think you should do it," Plagg said uncomfortably.
"What do you mean? Alya deserves to know!" Adrien replied in a stern tone. "I mean, she has to know she idolises her best friend!"
"It's not your choice to tell everyone who Ladybug is, Adrien!" Plagg hissed. "First you stole her diary and now this!
"Well, in my opinion I have to tell Alya!" Adrien hissed back and pushed open the door to his class!"
Alya and Marinette were already sitting on their seats. Alya glanced at her friend.
"What's up? You told me you had a date with Adrien!" Alya frowned. "Why are you so down?"
"My diary..."
"You have a diary!?"
"Yeah...but-"
"You never told me you have a diary!"
"I'm sorry but-"
"You don't trust me enough to tell me you even have a diary!"
"What, no I-"
"As if I'm a giant blabbermouth!"
"I just don't like people getting curious...I-"
"Umm...girl, does Adrien have a pink diary?"
"What?"
"In his satchel...he has some pink in his bag!"
Marinette's eyes widened. Had Adrien found it?
"Hey Adrien! That's my-Mmph!" Marinette started only to be slapped over the mouth by Alya's hand.
"Yo Adrien, what's up?" Alya grinned.
"Umm...good?" Adrien smiled.
Marinette stared at the boy. How come he didn't give her the diary if he found it?
"So...have you found the diary?"
"Oh!" Adrien started to shake his head only to be interrupted by the teacher.
Adrien had to wait for the perfect opportunity to talk to Alya. Marinette was always hanging around with the redhead and it was hard to tell her when Marinette was around.
"Why did you do that?"
"The guy was suspicious...he didn't tell you about the diary! He's lying!"
"Adrien wouldn't do that!"
"What? You think Adrien is perfect? Everyone has secrets, girl!"
"Speaking of which, are you cool about the diary?"
"It's fine, but I'm still sad!"
"It just holds some secrets, that's al-"
"Alya and Marinette, please listen!" Mrs Bustier called.
"Sorry!" they cried in unison.
Adrien finally found his chance when Marinette left to go to the bathroom and Ms Bustier had to go to the principal.
"Alya, psst!"
"Yeah Adrien, by the way, why did you steal Marinette's diary?"
"What! What are you talking about?"
"Don't you start, I saw Marinette's diary in your satchel!"
Adrien glanced at his satchel. The pink book was clearly visible.
"That's beside the point, Alya! I need to tell you something!"
"What?"
"Marinette is..."
