Eight Legged Demon In Black
-
Hidden in the corridor
down the hallway, under the sink
it does not snarl, nor roar
it just stays in your nightmares
silent; as hell's worldly link
-
eight legs
invisible tongue
a thousand eyes like black pegs
sitting on a rung
-
it crawls through your bed sheets
it hides in your cupboard
it rests in the place where its home and yours meets.
-
it's hanging upside down from the balcony
studying alchemy
-
it follows you home
bites your skin
breeds under your nose
you'll never win
