Setsuna Miyazaki and her boss Kou Komori, find themselves in a bit of trouble. They have been taken by a boy named Hiroto Sakamaki.
They soon discover that this boy has nothing but ill intentions for Sestuna and her new "friends". Perhaps there is...
"Kou, do you... Like Yukiko?" I ask looking him right in the eyes. "W-what!?" His face becomes flush. I gasp. "YOU DO!?"
"What!? I... Dont!" He tries to deny it but he seems to be having a hard time. "You do! Kou, this is amazing! I'm so happy for you!" I tell him how happy it makes me. He looks down. "Don't... Tell her... Okay?" He says shyly.
Huh? He really does!? I wasn't being serious. I really just thought a good teasing would cheer him up... Guess he took me seriously. Oh well this is still good.
I smile from ear to ear. "Oh, I won't tell her. You will though." I say mischievously. "But she's... I know she's thousands of years old but... Physically she's still a kid. Do you think it would be weird?" He asks me. "Kou, listen. If this doesn't work out, you don't have to worry, there are tons of women that are short." I pat him on the shoulder. "That's not what I meant!" He says followed by a sigh. "I'm just kidding. I know what you mean. All you have to do is explain she's older than she looks. When she's arguing she sounds like a kid but other than that she's mature." I say, trying to reassure him. "Right! Okay. So, how should I tell her?" He asks. "Just say it. If there's a special trick, I don't know it. Just don't yell it." I say. "Why would I yell it!?" He asks. I look at him. "Let's not forget how I confessed to Haruki." He rolls his eyes. "That was different Setsuna. He was for all you knew, on the verge of death."
True...
I brush him off. "Go!" I give him a big pat on the back and shove him in the direction of the room Yukiko was last seen in. He gives me the 'kill me now' look. I shoo him away with my hands...
You can do it!
He walks into the room. I peer around the corner. Kou slowly makes his way over to Yukiko.
Come on!
He looks back at me then back at her. Yukiko's reading so she hasn't noticed him yet. He takes a step closer and she looks up. "Kou? What is it?" She asks cocking her head. "Um! I, uh. HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU!" Kou begins.
I told him not to yell it...
"O-Okay." She says sitting up straight.
"I want you to know That you make my world glow. With your heavenly light, It brings me so much delight!"
As he says every word, his cheeks become redder and redder.
"When I see your face, Your lips with mine I wish to trace."
He stops. Kou buries his face in his hands and turns to leave. Before he takes a step, Yukiko stands to grab his arm.
How long did he practice that for!?
"Kou, I... understand." Yukiko says looking down.
No way! Is this actually gonna work!
Me nearly fainting in the corner they continue. She gets on her tiptoes. Reaching for his collar she pulls him down towards her. He blushes but closes his eyes same as her.

Okay, I can't do this.
I think walking away. "I think that worked a little too well. What was with him going all Shakespeare on her!?" I say to myself. My palm smacks against my forehead. Suddenly my phone buzzes. I look down at it. "Oh no! My rent is overdue!"
I guess I do need to go back to the apartment. What about Haruki?
I go outside to where I left Haruki.
Where is he...?
My eyes search the courtyard. "Found him!" When I see him, I dash over to him. He's sitting on a small hill basking in the crimson rays of the setting sun. Catching my breath, I slowly make my way up the hill. He opens one eye and looks up at me. "Hellooooo." He says. "I need to go back home. I also have to work at the cafe with Kou. I can't stay here anymore." I tell him. "Alright, I'm sure Hiroto won't have a problem with the two of you leaving now." He says closing his one open eye. "What? I thought you would tell me not to go." I say slightly dossappinted. "Why?" He asks.
Ouch.
"Because... We wouldn't be together and... Oh, just forget it." I say turning to leave. He reaches back and grabs my ankle. "What makes you think I'm not going with you?" He says. "Pardon!?"
