Epilogue Part #1

About five years later……

(Lexi’s POV)

‘Come on Lexi we kind on need to hurry!” Jarrod shouted up the stairs. I rolled my eyes but hurried as I did up my shoes. Taking another look at myself I could help but admire how beautiful the dress was.

Falling down to the ground the ivory material clung to my chest before falling loosely to the ground. My hair was curled and clipped up in a messy bun to the side. I couldn’t help but feel beautiful as I walked down the stairs.

Jarrod sent my a bright smile and grabbed my hands when I reached him.

‘Your looking gorgeous as every.’ He commented looking at me from head to toe.

‘You not to shabby yourself.’ I told him honestly. He wore an expensive looking black suit that clung to his slim figure. The ivory tie that matched my dress brought out the colours in his eyes.

Standing there looking at him I couldn’t help but think about how things had changed in the last few years.

After a few months of awkwardness Bentley and I had regained out friendship. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would have been and I had realised that we were better as friends. I had watched him and Tyson gradate and move on in their lives. Bentley didn’t go to college like the rest of them, when his grandfather died he was left one of there family offices. Apparently according to the town gossip he went to run it. Tyson went to college, more for the girls then for the studies. After breaking up with Bentley, I sat down with him and made sure that he knew we weren’t ever going to get back together.

After college Holly left to start her fashion line, she had become famous for it and was making millions. As for me, well I pretty much sorted my life out and gradated well. Shortly after finishing school I decided that I wanted to move closer to the gang. My father understood what I needed to do and let me sell the Mansion. He moved in to a smaller house and started dating a really nice lady that I approved of. I brought a large house that I used as a gang house. A number of the boys lived with me and those who didn’t seemed to always be at my house.

And that brought me back to today. I was doing something I never thought I would be doing. I was going to Tyson’s wedding. In his two short years at college he had pulled out and become a mechanic, something that he had always enjoyed. Just over a year and a half ago he had meet a beautiful girl named Gabrielle. She was the complete opposite but they were perfect for each other. Where he was big and strong, she was small and fragile. Where he was loud and brave, she was quiet and reserve. As soon as they first meet I knew that she was the one for him.

Now I know what you might be thinking, Lexi and Jarrod up a tree K-I-S—

I’m just going to stop that there. Now we weren’t dating and we weren’t planning on it.

He was in a happy relationship with a girl named Olivia. The only reason he was accompanying today was because he was the best man and I was the maid of honour.  I don’t know why I was chosen but Gabrielle decided that any best friend of Tyson’s is a best friend of hers. Olivia was going to get to the wedding a little later as she didn’t want to bring Cooper their two year old and make him sit around for ages.
