Day 9 of Obsession. J. Cole went to the Housing Authority and got out of his car. He went inside the building and walked towards the counter. "And what can I do for you, babe?" said the woman behind the counter and he put a picture of Michelle's house in front of the woman. "A friend of mines wanted to get her locks changed, so, that way, her boyfriend won't be able to get in, but she can, so, get one of your people to do that," said J. Cole and the woman looked at the picture of Michelle's house. "Okay, you got it," said the woman. "Thank you," said J. Cole. "You have a nice day," said the woman. "You, too," said J. Cole and left the building. He got in his car and drove away.
