I was sitting with Sophie on the swing in the lawn, yeah! It was mended, we were having a heart to heart conversation about how time changed for me, how I stood up for myself

"I cannot even express in words, how happy I am, to see you happy with Harry" Sophie said holding my hand, she held back her joyous tears

"I am lucky to have him by my side, I really am happy with him" I said

"I thought I'd never tell you this, but your mother tried calling me when you and Harry met them at café" her voice was cracking up as she tried to talk under my constant gaze

"to play the big guns, that's so like Mother" I muttered under my breath as I looked up at the sky

"She wanted me to change your mind, to make you rethink of your decision" she continued

"Of course" I mumbled looking at my feet

"I really didn't want to tell you this, but you were feeling so low for them not being here with you" she patted my shoulder

"You know what, I actually feel better now, whenever I feel bad for standing up against them,.. my mother happens" I chuckled and she looked at me fiddling in her seat

"If she sees you this happy, I am unable to imagine that she'll go further against you" she said

"But she can't see it over her egoistic desires, can she!" I looked down at my feet and Sophie pulled me into hug without saying a further word

"Jasmin!" Alex came running towards us, her limbs were about to get dislocated

"What in the world?" Sophie laughed looking at Alex

"Careful! It's already broken before" I squealed when Alex was about to jump on over us, but thankfully her brakes worked at the right moment

"Take a breath girl" Sophie spoke as Alex stopped and panted for air, bending placing her hands on her knees

"Is everything okay?" I asked concerned when she wasn't ready to talk for a couple of minutes

"Your dress arrived, Anne is calling you" Alex finally spoke

"Oh my God, you both have to see it" I squealed as I jumped on my feet and ran towards the door to the living room

"Anne's in her room" Hoor smiled at me and I nodded walking towards the corridor of which lead to her room

"Oh! There you are, Jasmin look!! This is incredibly beautiful" Gemma said holding the fabric of hem as the dress hung to the mannequin

"You have to try this on, we will work on fittings" Sasha the designer insisted as her minions escorted me towards the changing room

"Its really breathtakingly ... Gorgeous, .... I have no words, thank you so much for this beautiful work" I looked myself in the mirror wearing the off white dress, the meshwork lace on the interior was a fine piece of work, the beads on the flowers gleamed, pearl chains rested elegantly on the back of the body

"Can we come in" Gemma peaked in the room and she gasped covering her mouth

"Check this busty lady out" Alex hooted and I opened my mouth in offense

"Damn! You are made for this dress" Sophie gasped as she looked at me

"My child, you look beyond words" Anne held my hands and her eyes filled with tears

"Thank you" I mumbled as I hugged Anne, I didn't know when I started sobbing on her shoulder

"No! My dear" Anne knowingly whispered as she pulled me back and wiped my tears with her hands

"Can I call you Mom" I pleaded, my voice cracking up and she teared up

"Of course you can, oh my child" she embraced me again in her arms

"You know, we're proud of you" Gemma too hugged us

"Thank you" I pulled myself back as I smiled at everyone

"and don't you dare to cry again, Harry won't marry a puffy eye alien" Alex said and I opened my mouth to say something

"Have some respect Alex" Sophie said and I chuckled

"I meant for aliens, Jas you'd look ridiculous with swollen eyes" Sophie continued and they both laughed

"Good to know you two can really bond, but against me" I flared my nostrils as I folding my arms

"Get changed darling, we'll give you a moment" Anne escorted out everyone of the changing room and I smiled thinking about how lucky I am to be blessed with such an incredible family

That night I texted my mom again:
"Today my bridal dress arrived, its so beautiful, I miss you and I hope you'll come to my wedding
All the love, Jasmin"

Besides I knew, that she's not going to reply, but I tried my Best.
