Chapter 2 - Phone Call

Anti's P.O.V

I was shocked.

Mark and I had never spoke to each other face-to-face. We would always have Jack tell us what the other would say.

I nervously sighed, obviously uncomfortable about this. He mouth "I could tell him no", but I simply grabbed the phone.

"H-Hello?" I managed to stuttered out.

"Is this Anti?" I heard a deep, serious voice.

"Yes. I'm guessing this is Mark..?"

"Yeah. So, Jack said you wouldn't mind if Dark and I would come over. Is that true?"

I gave Sean a "You what...?" look.

"He did?"

"Yeah. Is it true?" He sounded scared for some reason.

"Please Anti! I'm sorry. It had completely slipped my mind." Jack had whispered/yelled at me.

I sighed "Yeah. I don't mind. I was shocked to hear that you were coming to Ireland..."

"Oh, um, yeah. Thanks for being understanding..."

"Yeah. Um... I'm going to give the phone back to Sean before this becomes awkward.. Bye." I quickly gave Jack the phone, and scurried back up to my room.

I laid on my bed, absorbing the gentle silence. Slowly, my world faded to black as I was consumed by sleep.
