Chapter 19 - Possible Idea

Dark's P.O.V

I don't know why I said it. I sort of blurted it out, but Anti didn't seem weirded out. We went home after the sun started to peak over the horizon. Of course I shadow traveled us home. I didn't want Anti to waste his energy.

Mark and Jack were up when we got home. Jack seemed pretty anxious until he saw Anti. He sighed in relief and looked over at me and simply smiled.

I thought for a few moments then had an idea. What if instead of us leaving them here, we have them spend a few weeks with us? I didn't want to leave Anti. Something about him had me hooked. His eyes were so unique, his shy, yet protective personality. It was all adorable.

I pulled Mark aside for a moment. He gave me a questionable look.

"Are you okay Dark?"

"I had a tiny little question."

"Okay..?"

"Could we, I don't know, ask Anti and Jack to come home with us for a few weeks? This is the first group of friends of yours I've actually liked"

"Oh, I mean I don't see why not, but we need to ask them at a different time when it's an appropriate time. Let eat breakfast first before we plan anything."

I smiled and did something I haven't in a while. I wasn't thinking about it, but I lunged forward and hugged him. He froze for a second and I realized what I did. Before I could pull away, he hugged back and chuckled. I heard a clicking noise from behind us. We looked to see Anti holding a phone in his hand, smirking and he started typing. I tried to grab it away but he dodged it and sent the photo somewhere.

Marks phone dinged and we both looked at it. It was a Twitter notification of a picture of us hugging. It already had hundreds of retweets.

I looked over at him, giving him a look that said "Run". He giggled and zoomed off, with me chasing close behind him.
