Eh, this ship is alright. I kinda like this a little more than Thaliper, mostly because of the shared history as well as the fact that Thalia is pretty similar to Percy, so she'd definitely be Annabeth's type. Granted, I still think the friendship is more genuine and caring, and the shippers piss me off because they feel like the biggest hipsters ever for shipping two girls together (this was a huge reason why I could not get into Reynabeth for a while), but it's alright. There's a very nice contrast between thinking too much and not thinking enough, and they would be a pretty sweet power couple. There's also a nice contrast between the more free spirited Thalia and Annabeth being the most loyal and being pretty much the soul of Camp Half Blood. I honestly would have loved there being more interaction between them, it would have been great to see.
Honestly I think the only real reason I can't really get into it is that I just prefer them better as friends and that they don't really have THAT interesting of a relationship dynamic. Many of the stuff Thaliabeth has is stuff that Percabeth and even Pipabeth have, two ships which I just think are better and more saturated. I know this isn't really a compelling argument or anything, but that's just how I feel, which, yeah, is why I made the ship book in the first place, to say my feelings on what I ship and what I don't. So, yeah, it's a great friendship and an alright ship, but not much else for me.
