"Ber, honey, I have to go."
"Go?"
"Yes. Go." Tino started to pack a large duffle bag with the things he would need. "I got called into work."
"What for?! We're starting a family, Tino. I need you by my side."
"I have to assassinate the president of the United States of America."
"Oh." Berwald nodded. His baby was a hero.
"I'm really sorry, babes. This is for the greater good."
"I understand."
Tino pulled Berwald into a kiss. "I'm going to miss you so much."
"Be careful. Don't look him in the eye or you'll turn to stone."
"I will." Tino threw more clothes in his bag and started to change into his uniform right there in front of the Swede.
"Het." Berwald muttered under his breath.
"What was that?"
"Haha nothing ;)."
"Ber..." Tino finished putting on his uniform and turned around, looking absolutely precious. "I'm seriously going to miss you."
"I'm going to miss you more."
"Oh shush, you." Tino said bashfully. He jumped into Berwald's arms and hugged him tightly. "This is a dangerous mission. I might not make it back."
Berwald panicked. "What do you mean?"
"I mean...he's a dangerous man...one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse."
"Maybe you should stay home."
"No. It's my duty to this country I'm not even from but am living in for reasons unknown."
"You're my hero."
"No, Ber. You're mine."
"Awe."
"Eww." Peter poked his head in the bedroom, interrupting the scene.
"Peter, we have a rule about the bedroom." Tino scolded.
"Sorry." The boy ducked out and Tino lowered himself onto the floor.
"I've got to catch my plane. I'll see you in a few weeks, okay?"
"Mhm."
"Take care of the boys."
"I will."
"And don't cheat on me with the neighbour's couch. I see how you look at it."
"That couch is nothing but eye candy, I promise."
"Good."
Berwald smacked another deep kiss onto his fiancé.
"When you get back, we can get married."
"All the planning stuff is in the top drawer on my night stand."
"I'll take care of it."
"Kiitos, Teddy-Ber."
"Jäg älskar dig."
"I love you too."
Tino slipped out of Berwald's grasp and threw his bag over his left shoulder.
He marched out of the room, looking like a completely different man from the sunny little angel Berwald knew.
"Farewell, little soldier." Berwald whispered dramatically. "Farewell."
